The property is very cozy and adorable; however, for my stay and having worked in the Hospitality for years myself, resorts not Hotels but same as far as I'm concerned when it comes to customer service, I did not have a good experience with the front desk. Now, the first day there was a very nice lady actually, she told me about the property and what they offer, but the other two ladies I had to deal with were not friendly nor nice at all. When it was time to leave, one of these girls asked both people before me if they enjoyed their stay, when I went to check out, they didn't ask me anything and simply said "Have a nice rest of the day". It's too bad because it was my first time at this hotel and it was quite nice except for some people on the second floor that for some reason did not wish to sleep EVER and made a lot of noise. The front desk means a lot in any property as it is the first place a customer deal with and it should be a nice and pleasant experience. Too much to write down what happened through out with the front desk, but not pleasant.
