As we were checking guest services did not know anything about the surrounding areas. We asked for car rental place, the city, and also what’s around the hotel and he had no answer for us. Then we discovered that the window in our room was missing and there was noise and cold air coming through - while management was accommodating and tried to assist, the fact that we were placed in a room like that with taped windows and noisy room was not acceptable. The hotel constantly smelled like fried food and the minors we walked out of the room our clothes and hair would smell of food as their morning kitchen was right outside in the lobby. All in all I would not stay there again and if you do stay there make sure you inspect your room before you unpack.
