Did not let us have connecting rooms, gave away adjoining rooms to other single room guests even though I confirmed the adjoining rooms the day prior. Was such a hassle for our family with two children.

The beds are small and uncomfortable, especially for a family of 3. The food was ok.
Service was good, hotel was clean.
