Red House ideal for families: beach access directly from the garden!

Two independent houses immersed in a huge garden of 2700 square meters.

An ideal place for families with children because access to the beach takes place directly from the garden, an almost unique peculiarity.

Those who book for 15 days or rent both houses are entitled to an additional discount.

The two houses can be rented individually or simultaneously.

The prices shown refer to the rental of the Casa Rossa only.

Each house has its own privacy, in common they only have the descent to the sea and the driveway.

It is the ideal place for families with children.

The Red House consists of a kitchen, a hallway, a bedroom with sofa bed and bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and single bed. Externally there are two verandas available, one with a stone table.
The strong point of the Red house is certainly the garden among pines, palms, bamboo and the new lawn.
For families with small children there are camping cots with mattress and high chairs for baby food.
Each house is equipped with A ++ air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, dishes, TV, wifi. Supply of sheets and towels are optional
It is possible to rent only one of the two houses.
