Immediately feel welcome and relaxed in this spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint village. You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 6 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 6 people so if you have a large party (more then 6 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

Loveliest Christmas visiting with family in town. The fireplace made everything so warm and cozy. Prepared food to take to another family home and kitchen was just perfect. Location just the best so close to coffee, food, and beach. Loved every single moment!

We were very pleasantly surprised by everything about this lovely home. So well stocked with anything and everything you might need. Parking was great for two SUV cars. Loved the front deck for sitting and watching all the busy people walking, running, driving by. The back patio was secure to leave our sandy beach umbrellas, shoes, towels and toys....we will go back again.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was comfortable, spacious, and wonderful amenities, including games for the children There are even beach towels, blankets, and chairs for those who wish to use it. The location is excellent. The accommodation was extremely clean and had everything needed to enjoy your time at the beach. We only wish we had reserved it for more days. We will definitely be staying here again!
