Summary:
This sandy beachfront property offers the quintessential California coast experience, blending a redwood forest vibe with coastal comfort. Newly remodeled with attention to comfort and coastal charm, the house provides everything you need for a memorable stay — roomy bedrooms, clean finishes, and that irreplaceable feeling of waking up steps from the ocean.
The deck and hot tub create the perfect settings for reconnecting with family and friends. Whether you are reminiscing over morning coffee or watching the sunset paint the sky in shades of gold, this home invites you to slow down and simply be present.
The best part may simply be sitting on the deck and watching the world go by — dogs running on the sand, waves rolling in, and nothing but time ahead.

The Space:
- Sleeps up to 9 guests
- 4 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin.
- 3 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds & are joined by a Jack n Jill bathroom (with heated bathroom floor). Note: 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is a smaller room (w/ own door) inside one of the larger bedrooms.
- The 2 larger bedrooms upstairs have Smart TV & all 3 have an ocean view!
- The 4th bedroom offers a King Bed and a Twin with private entry to the spacious back yard, bathroom w/ shower, and Smart TV.
- WIFI throughout home.
- Smart TV's with streaming capabilities (no cable).
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have stunning beach and ocean views.
- Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter, bistro table for 2 more on outside deck.
- The Family Room has a Duraflame fireplace and Smart TV. (wood not provided)
- Washer and dryer are in 3rd full bathroom (with heated floor) on main level.
- The fenced back yard has outdoor seating, Weber BBQ and hot tub for your enjoyment amongst beautiful Cypress trees.
- The kitchen, dining and family room, King bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry area are on the 1st level.
- Parking for 3 cars (2 in driveway, 1 in single car garage).
- Corcoran Beach is just a quick 2-minute walk away! Simply head to the end of the road and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house (keeps the homes more private).
-The lagoon across East Cliff attracts seasonal migratory birds, offering a unique bird watching opportunity.
- If heading to the Boardwalk, the bridge is undergoing work at moment must take detour.

Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors.
- NO PETS
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis, some biweekly. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the single car garage.

Beautiful location with views and easy access to the beach, comfortable living area, beds; nicely remodeled bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen, a clean hot tub in excellent working order, beach chairs... I could go on. We feel lucky to have found this place.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The location can’t be beat - we have 3 under 5 so having a slight barrier between the house and the beach is a plus for us. Plus the house is very centrally located to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.

We rented this beach house for a girls' weekend and had a fabulous time. Very clean house, well-appointed kitchen, lovely views. We walked to the Santa Cruz boardwalk (about 2 miles) and it's a 20 minute drive to the monarch butterfly groves. Definitely recommend this house!

House was very clean. It was up dated. Back yard was small but nice. Close to many attractions .Quiet neighborhood. But, Was not ocean front/ it was ocean side. Private road in a cove. Not full view of ocean. Road was close by, which caused noise, obstructing sound from ocean waves. The day we arrived we were text that "they were not quite done with the re-model of the house." Not very professional. Bathroom downstairs was unfinished. Problems with master bathroom lighting, Would not stay on. No closet m/bedroom. Lacking important options, for a house that high priced.

Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during my stay, this was priceless.

 plenty of space for all the things. sitting on the deck felt like we were AT the beach but if you wanted to get in the water it’s just a short walk from the front door. kitchen fully stocked
 didn’t need anything! washer and dryer a plus! hot tub was amazing! HUGE tv in living room
 but the sunset was so much better to watch! it was so comfortable we didnt want to leave!

There were 7 towels for 8 adult people so we had to purchase more immediately. Parking was difficult. The 4th bedroom was so tiny & inside of another room that shared a bathroom with another bedroom. It is not really a 4th bedroom.

Decent option for beach facing house.

Good location, house has basic necessities, but showing its age. No shampoo or laundry detergent. Parking sufficient. Beach access currently difficult as lake has grown to block path to beach, need to walk around to 26th stairs.

We had a wonderful vacation with our granddaughters. One of our granddaughters stayed in the room that was connected to her mother's so that worked for us. We appreciated the beautiful views and the well appointed kitchen.

Absolutely Perfect

Beach house was a perfect place for me and my sisters. We had reminiscing to do. The patio and hot tub were the perfect settings. House was roomy. Bedrooms were clean. We loved watching people and their dogs run the beach. It was a memorable time for us.

Christmas with the Family

Plenty of room for 7 adults. We cooked daily breakfasts and most dinners, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. Good communication with property manager. Great location and fantastic views. Thanks for a great base for our family vacation!
