Villa Kiribati is a modern villa built in 2016. The villa is 200 m2, enclosed in a 900 m2 plot (completely fenced), in the area of S'Argamassa between Cala Pada and Cala Martina.
Villa Kiribati is situated in a privileged position with direct access to the sea and possibility of mooring the boat just in front.
There are many beaches within walking distance such as Cala Martina, Es Niu Blau or Cala Pada. Supermarkets are 5-minutes drive in Santa Eulària or there is also a local supermarket in the area of S'Argamassa just 2 minutes away.
The well-known Nikki Beach Club is about a 10-minute walk, as well as several well-known restaurants in the area of Santa Eularia.
Ibiza town is about 25 minutes by car, while Ibiza airport is about 30 minutes away.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property develops on two levels, it has 5 double rooms, 5 bathrooms (+ 1 guest bathroom) and it can accommodate up to 10 people.
In detail on the main floor we find an open living / dining room with sofa and satellite TV, Coffee table and 2 chairs.
An open kitchen, very well equipped, with induction cooker, extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, small fridge, big refrigerator with freezer and ice maker and water dispenser, a juicer, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, water heater.
Then we have 4 double bedrooms. Two of them with single beds (90x200) and the other two (including the master bedroom) with beds that are 180x200.
All the bedrooms have en suite bathroom with shower and air-conditioning, the master bedrooms has double sink in the bathroom and exit to the main outdoor terrace.
There is also 1 guest bathroom with toilet.
On the upper floor there is another master bedroom with double bed (180x200) with en suite bathroom (with double sink), toilet, bath with spectacular sea views and shower, TV, AC, access to the large upper terrace with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea.
Outside the villa boasts an L-shaped pool (with salt water) of 8m x 7m (gradual depth of less than 1.80m). The pool area is equipped with sun beds, parasols, hammocks and ther is also an outdoor dining area and a portable BBQ.

Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.
Rental rules:
Included in the price: Water, electricity, gas and electricity. Weekly garden and pool maintenance. Cleaning of the house every 2 days and change of sheets and towels once a week.
