Classic Santa Fe charm meets comfortable, livable design at this traditional adobe retreat built by the Santa Fe Artist Cyrus Leroy Baldridge. Located on a quiet, tree filled property, this tucked back home features authentic Southwestern details throughout including exposed vigas, wood ceilings, plaster walls, and multiple decorative kiva fireplaces, paired with inviting spaces to gather and unwind. With generous common areas, a well equipped galley kitchen and annex, and spacious bedrooms, this home is ideal for small families or groups looking for an authentic Santa Fe experience with room to spread out. This home also features original art from Santa Fe artists Brad Smith, Bobby Beals, and Cyrus Leroy Baldridge.



LIVING AREA

The main living area is warm and welcoming, centered around a traditional decorative kiva fireplace and framed by rich wood ceilings and beams. Comfortable seating creates an easy space for conversation or relaxing evenings, while natural light filters in through surrounding windows. A separate den/media converted from a third bedroom provides an additional place to unwind, featuring a large TV and cozy seating, perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. The large stuffed sectional can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen blends rustic character with practical functionality. Mocha butcher block countertops, and dark painted cabinetry create a relaxed, lived in feel, while a full suite of appliances makes meal preparation easy. The adjacent dining area features a large table with seating for your group, set beneath a striking wood beamed ceiling and custom lighting. The open flow between kitchen, dining, and living spaces keeps everyone connected.



BED AND BATH

There are (2) traditional bedrooms that are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, each with quality linens and a calm, simple aesthetic. The primary bedroom with king bed is spacious and private, located on the second level, with warm wood ceilings and direct access to an en suite bath. The second bedroom located on first floor offers flexibility for families or groups, featuring a queen bed and full size trundle.



The third bedroom has been converted into den/media room but still offers an oversized sofa that when paired with the provided roll-up Japanese mattress and linens become perfectly acceptable for sleeping arrangements best suited for kids and teenagers.



Bathrooms feature a mix of classic Santa Fe elements and practical updates, with walk in showers, handcrafted vanities, and clean finishes designed for ease and comfort.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The outdoor areas are quiet and natural, surrounded by mature trees and native landscaping. A private patio with outdoor dining provides a peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening meals. The property feels tucked away and serene, offering a sense of retreat while still being conveniently located.
