This historic one bedroom artist retreat vacation rental has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof, using ancient quarter-sawn timber salvaged from the home to create door trim, accents, the bathroom vanity, and to add warmth and charm throughout. It is perfectly situated on Delgado Street, just three blocks from the Plaza, and just one from Canyon Road where you will be immersed in some of the finest galleries of artwork in the entire country, allowing you to enjoy the best of Santa Fe with ease. King bedroom, a comfortable living room with a working gas fireplace, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, and private patio spaces. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Smart TVs (Direct TV as well as apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime), stainless steel appliances, and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown artist hideaway!

***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 60 lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and in an amazing location. It was also very thoughtfully appointed. There was a small leak in the skylight in the kitchen that i called management about and they sent people over immediately to fix it. Everyone we talked to was very nice.

Loved this place!

The photos don't do the space justice. There is a lot of natural light in the well eqipped kitchen. The living room has a nice, comfortable sofa which rivals home, the windows open for fresh air. My favorite part was the patio with table and chairs set in he private garden at the front of the house.

Couldn’t Ask For Better

This casita has all necessary high end appliances, fixtures and furniture. Comfortable bed and two pleasant outdoor patios. Quiet street. Easy walk th the Square and downtown attractions. One block from Canyon. Professional and friendly staff. Will stay there again. Minor FYI: the price tag almost doubled when you add in all the 4-5 fees and taxes. And don’t even think about trying to check in an hour or two early - their policy is to ring you up for big bucks PER HOUR - a policy I deemed inhospitable, unnecessary and overtly greedy. Happy Trails.

Beautiful pueblo style condo

My husband and I stayed at this property for several nights. The location was excellent to Old Town and the Town Plaza. Other sites that we visited that were further out-of-town were very easily accessible to the freeway. The condo was superbly decorated and very up-to-date. We loved watching TV in the living room in the mornings and evenings and having the fireplace on. We would definitely rent here again when we come back to visit New Mexico.

We had a wonderful stay at Delgado B1. The property is even better in person with a lovely outdoor area that isn’t featured in the listing. Management was great and helped with a couple of minor requests. Walk to Canyon Rd or the Plaza.

Lovely 1 bedroom Casita with a fenced area for your furbaby

This place is just a short walk from Old town Santa Fe. The little Casita is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. Although we ate out and ordered food from daily dash. The washer dryer came in handy and the pictures of the enclosed outside area don't do it justice. My pup was happy! The bed super comfy,plus the sky lights in the big walk in shower and kitchen area were a nice touch. This will be our new place to stay when visiting Santa Fe! Clean and relaxing!

Changed Location-Great Experience

We were originally supposed to stay at the historic eastiside casita but due to rennovations being done, Adobe upgraded us to their Lincoln residence. It was a fantastic experience, great location, Adobe properties were helpful in accomodating us. We would love to visit again at the casita.

Nicely remodeled unit with issues.

First the positive. It is a great location. The remodel of the unit is very good and comfortable. The property people who came out were friendly and helpful. Issues: 1. While we were informed about construction of the other units in the compound, it was on Nov. 5--four days before our arrival. On the day of arrival we were informed that the gas had been turned off. A hot plate and toaster oven were placed in the unit. So, the fireplace did not work. 2. The portable heaters/coolers had issues. After the filters were cleaned they worked well. Operating them is complicated and they have to be in sync. Not very user friendly. 3. The toilet would not flush even after attention from the property manager. Eventually it did on the last day. Coincidently, as huge piece of PCV piper showed up on the front lawn (I have a picture). 4. While the construction was not a huge sound issue, the grounds around the unit were--a construction site. No landscaping. 5. As I said, the remodel is nice. However, the electrical wiring in the closet is exposed--could be an issue at some point. My guess is when all unites are remodeled this will be a nice property. My guess is also the price will increase dramatically.

Great location in Santa Fe just 2 blocks from Canyon Road galleries and walking distance to the Square. My unit was newly refurbished and very comfortable with off street parking. I gave it 4 stars because the gas stove wasn’t yet operational and the construction noise was louder than I had been warned about. They are updating another unit next door and the pounding and banging continued through the weekend. Woke me up early on Sunday morning and went on until 6:30 pm. Hard workers, apparently. When construction of the remaining units is finished, I would come back. Great shower!

Perfect place for a couple…. Walking distance from everything!

This Adobestar rental location was perfect for us. 3 blocks from the plaza, 2 blocks from Canyon road. Very modern amenities in an old adobe casita. Directv, gas stove and air conditioning for those warm days. Very comfortable king size bed and large bathroom with huge shower. Driving in Santa Fe is pretty awful on weekdays (narrow roads going every which way) and being able to just park your car at the casita and walk to everything was great! You will not be disappointed renting this very reasonably priced home.

Easy walk to the Plaza and to many very good restaurants. .Adobe has many rentals in the area. Perfect place to use as your base as you travel around the area. During the Summer, the Plaza has wonderful, free music.

Beautiful and new inside - not maintained outside

The inside of this property had everything we could wish for (except wifi was spotty) It was new and clean and had all the amenities we could hope for. Why would the property owner provide a new patio set on a nice patio surrounded by dead trees and weeds? Weather was gorgeous and we wanted to be out there, but the spider webs and weeds were depressing.
