Do not recommend hotel or third party. Accidental reservation of incorrect night resulted in full charge for night hotel not used and after cancellation both hotel and third party insist that they can charge for full night when accidental incorrect night reserved. Difficult to contact humans both third party and hotel and they do not communicate well with each other and customer service not a priority

This was a great stay, the bathroom was super clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet was great too. We got a king with a sofa room. It was very spacious, which was great for my son to play with his toys. The sofa was a pull out bed which meant my son also had his own bed. Upgraded TV, fridge and microwave. We only stayed one night but it was lovely.

The room was immaculate, and the staff were notably welcoming and supportive! My only suggestion would be to share up front that the $3.87 parking fee is an amenity before stating that the customer can place the $50 amenity charge on their preferred credit card. I would have placed that fee on my business card had I known. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!
