Enjoy comfortable Santa Fe living in this two-level townhome with high-end finishes. You'll be only about 350 yards from the New Mexico 475 that leads to Ski Santa Fe 15 miles away, where you can enjoy the day on the slopes, and come back, rack your skis and enjoy a nice fire at home, or head into town for a local dinner. Immerse yourself in Santa Fe's rich arts, and culture scene; the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, New Mexico Museum of Art, and New Mexico History Museum are just a few blocks away! Take in a beautiful view of the city from historic Fort Marcy Park or head to Santa Fe Plaza to shop for local wares - both are less than a mile away.

Relax beneath exposed wood beams known as vigas and enjoy the giant 66' TV with cable and Netflix. The regionally inspired furniture and artwork accentuate the space, which includes a queen sofa bed, love seat, armchair, and desk area. The group's chef will be drawn into the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room features a rustic wood table and direct access to the courtyard.

The primary bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, TV, and access to a private balcony with a bistro table. The convenient en suite bath includes a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a large dresser, TV, and an en suite bathroom.

Complimentary WiFi, a stackable washer/dryer, a Wii, and a variety of books and board games are provided.

The property and location are beautiful. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only complaint was that we contacted Vacasa twice for problems. The first was a gas fireplace that wouldn’t light and, for that, the property manager contacted us and corrected the problem almost immediately. However, later that day (first day of our stay) we found that the ice machine in the refrigerator wasn’t working. We again called Vacasa but the property manager never contacted us to correct the problem. We called Vacasa again the next day and again never heard from the property manager. I’m not sure he ever got the message. The ice machine malfunction was never addressed our entire stay.

Loved the location, the rooms/space was good for us. Had some trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, trouble for first part of trip with the access to the front door. Got it worked out. Property manager was good at responding. Had some trouble with cooling the top floor, again property manager was good at responding, but it was hot upstairs.

Wonderful vacation

The property was amazing. The house was beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and shiny, very well appointed, parking was. convenient. We had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable stay and the patio and upper deck off the master were extra fun. We had a slight issue with receiving door code upon arrival, but our host was incredibly swift at response. Didn’t have to wait longer than two minutes to have issue resolved. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation in Santa Fe

The property was located in a perfect spot allowing access to the major roadways (Interstates) for quick travel to local parks, e.g., Bandelier National Monument and downtown attractions. The residence was well maintained, clean and had higher end finishes that provided a very cozy and comfortable environment for our family of 5, two adults and three teenagers (17, 16 and 14 years of age). We did not encounter any issues, problems or concerns at the home and overall had a great time during our stay in Santa Fe. I would not hesitate to book and stay at this property again in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable home in a great location

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great place to stay near everything in Santa Fe but with privacy and quiet. A few things to note- the stairs are a bit steep and maybe not ideal for anyone with limitations, and the street and driveway are quite narrow (as many in Santa Fe streets are!) Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Santa Fe!

Just right in Santa Fe

Great place near downtown Santa Fe and easy access to Ski Santa Fe. 2Bd / 2.5Bath was perfect for our family winter break. Good kitchen and dining room for gathering after a long day playing...convenient to Santa Fe's best eateries if you don't want to cook. Great home. Plenty of nice touches. You should definitely check this one out.

Great location!

The location of this property was near the plaza which is where we had planned to spend most of our time. The streets getting in were very narrow, as was the driveway, but we had a large SUV and were able to navigate fine. The house was cute and had what we needed for our long weekend.

Let's keep it a aeceet so it won't be booked. Seriously, everything first class and well decorated. Loved the master bedroom balcony and generious tv channels. The only thing i would improve is better quality of tollet paper.

Wonderful place to stay in Sante Fe

We visited our son in Sante Fe for a week and stayed at this location. It is an up to date, full featured and wonderfully decorated home to settle into. The neighborhood seemed quiet, the road a dead end with no traffic. The patio was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. It was also an easy walk to the plaza or by car to get to anywhere around town.

Memorable and very cozy stay in Santa Fe

We were all very positively impressed with the cleanliness, quality and decor of the unit. The upper deck and lower patio were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed playing some of the games found in the living room. It was also nice to be able to park two vehicles in the driveway where they were safe and out of view. We would all stay there again without hesitation!
