Rooms were spotless. Staff member checking us in was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Had a great time overall. Only took away one star because we came down to eat breakfast after our first night. My son asked how many plates is he allowed to have of food. I told my son “eat as much as you’d like”. One of the staff members who put out the food gave me a pretty dirty look for saying that and said something under her breath. BTW my son hasn’t really stayed much in hotels so it was just amazing to him that he can eat a complementary breakfast. He only had one plate…

We love Homewood suites & try to stay at them anytime we can when traveling but not impressed with this location. The setup is not convenient or accommodating nor do they state it on the website. We were in one of the casitas and not in main building so ice machine not convenient, only ice machine in main building on 2nd floor (not 3rd floor as front desk stated either), so have to go out casita past several other casitas and through parking lot to main building, same with breakfast not convenient because also in main building and they didn’t keep food stocked especially with the amount of people there, the waffle maker line was always about 20-30 people deep because again 1 waffle maker and too many guests to accommodate. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Checkout time was noon and housekeeper was knocking on our door before 8am when we had a do not disturb on it! So slightly inconsiderate as well. But we won’t let one location change our minds because we still prefer Homewood suites, just won’t book this location again.
