The space
This traditional adobe home is a true Santa Fe treasure, combining historical charm with modern comfort. Lovingly preserved with original 1920s architectural details, such as viga-beamed ceilings, original windows, and classic adobe walls, the home creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. The separate casita offers a completely private space, perfect for those seeking extra privacy or for multi-generational families.

• The Santa Fe Plaza is just a mile away, easily accessible via a beautiful stroll along the
Santa Fe River Trail.

Living Areas
The cozy, living space is designed to help you unwind. Relax on the sectional sofa next to the fireplace, enjoy a meal in the formal dining room, or simply take in the art-filled atmosphere.

The casita offers a second living space complete with its own fireplace, pull-out sofa, and small dining area.

Bedrooms
Every bedroom in both the main house and casita features a king-sized bed, ensuring ultimate
comfort for all guests. Snuggle into custom linens, plush duvets, premium mattresses, and plenty of cozy pillows for a restful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
With four bathrooms to choose from, you’ll have plenty of space for everyone to freshen up. Enjoy luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, and hairdryers.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, blender, and dishwasher. We’ve stocked it with all the cookware, bakeware, and essential spices to make your stay feel like home. There is also a full-sized washer/dryer.

Casita:
For ultimate privacy, the casita features a full kitchen, cozy living area with a fireplace, pull-out sofa, TV, and small dining space. Its separate king bedroom ensures you can retreat to your own quiet sanctuary.

Outdoor Spaces
Soak up stunning sunset views from landscaped patios, perfect for al fresco dining or a peaceful morning coffee. The 6-person hot tub is ideal for unwinding after a day of skiing or exploring Santa Fe, while the outdoor firepit with lounge chairs invites you to gather and stargaze under the clear desert sky.

• No Smoking: Inside the home.
• Pets: Pre-approval required with a $150 pet fee.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
