THE SPACE
Morocco meets Santa Fe in this adorable and comfortable 3-bedroom condo! Located on the 2nd story of a friendly gated complex, this condo offers the perfect mix of Santa Fe charm and boho-chic style with bright colors, eclectic furnishings, and everything you could need for a fantastic Santa Fe stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the sunny outdoor patio, with peeks to the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Step inside to find a bright and sunny open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room space, complete with cable TV, high-speed internet, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Down the hall you will find 3 well-appointed bedrooms full of color, light, and plenty of options for sleeping arrangements for the whole crew! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and views to the Jemez Mountains. Bedroom two has two twin beds with trundles - a perfect space for all the little ones, or the beds can be connected to create one spacious king. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and futon for added flexibility. All bedrooms have spacious closets, large windows, and new plush carpet.

A fully stocked kitchen filled with spices, cookware, and dishware means you can host the whole group for a home-cooked meal. Select coffee and teas make your morning a breeze. Other features include central heat and AC, full-sized washer and dryer, gas stove, new carpet, and complimentary high-end shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and soaps.

And it’s centrally located - a perfect place to explore Santa Fe. You’ll be walking distance to iconic locations like Meow Wolf and Second Street Rufina Taproom, and just a 15-minute drive to the historic Downtown Plaza, Railyard, and Canyon Road. Parking: The entrance to the gated complex is on Rufina St. Pull up to the entrance and put the code into the keypad. The gate will open. Please only pass 1 car through the gate at a time. Once through the gate, you will find upstairs unit #40 on the left. There are designated parking spaces marked #40 in front of the unit. Please park only in these designated spaces, or in any of the unmarked spaces.

Smart televisions are located in both the living room and in the master bedroom. We do not have cable but have access to streaming services (youtubeTV, Netflix, Disney+, etc)

The host were very accommodating with the check in process. When we arrived the patio had dog do do on it but the maintenance people came and cleaned it up. The screen door did not hang straight on the frame and there was a hug gap on top. When it rained last night, rain ran in the gap onto the floor. I also paid for a gated community and the gate was broke. We wanted the gated condo as we were 3 ladies traveling alone. With the homeless shelter 2 blocks away we didn’t feel safe.

Eclectic vacation

The apartment was very nice.. eclectic in fashion and decor. One bed a queen size was unusable as it was not comfortable in the least bit. That all other beds and rooms and linen and access to things was all more than I expected. The stairs are a killer.

Awesome condo loaded with amenities and beautiful colors. Great location (a little road noise) and quick to get places. Everything was provided (three types of coffee makers) and the beds were comfy and the tv was easy to use. We needed a little help getting into the property and management was there in five minutes! Will definitely stay here again.

Great space for our girls trip to Santa Fe. Best equipped kitchen I've seen in a short-term rental. Not only is the kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook at "home", the host provided basics like coffee, sugar, soaps, paper towel and the like. The welcome book is a trove of information and recommendations. Recommend highly.

Excellent experience

The home is clean and well stocked - plenty of cooking utensils, plates, towels, etc. It was very comfortable and an easy drive to downtown. Communication with the host company was clear, helpful, and prompt and they were accommodating to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend 100%! A big thank you for making our Christmas stay so pleasant!

The home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the beds werent the size the listing says they are. The beds were queen and full sized.l, not the king and queen that the listing stated they were. The gate can be finicky at times.

Great unit and location!

This was a great unit that seemed central to everything we wanted to go to in Santa Fe - everything was a short walk or a 5 minute drive away. The hosts were proactive about checking in with us and sent very helpful information about the area. It was a fantastic trip!

We were very pleased with the condo! It was exactly like the listing stated. The place is very clean, it had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. It’s in a location that is far enough away from the tourist area but close enough for a quick drive. We would definitely stay there again.

Texas Emmaus girls’ trip

The property was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our breakfast each morning. Even though it was a large complex, it was very quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning and evening. Definitely would consider renting it again if I’m back in Santa Fe.

Cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath, great location

Loved this place. Walking distance to restaurants and Meow Wolf, but quiet and safe. Very cozy and homey; welcomed us with a wonderful recipe book, chili chocolates, and fresh flowers. Nice book of recommendations. Communication with company was clear when we needed something. Highly recommend.

Entry gate did not open consistently- resident swiped us in on several occasions. Management kindly came over with on Thursday night to help. The door security was also very inconsistent to both lock and unlock. Condo had poor lighting, smelled musty and several screens were damaged making opening windows unappealing. There was hair in the master bathtub

A perfect spot for the family in Santa Fe!

This apartment was an excellent place to stay - lots of room, stocked kitchen, very clean, and we all loved the decor throughout. There were a handful of adults and two kids and the space fit us perfectly. We walked to a nearby brewery for dinner and also walked to Meowwolf which was a nice easy walk. The property is gated which made us feel secure. The communication from the owners was EXCEPTIONAL! We knew how to get in and out of the property and were treated so well throughout the trip. Thank you SO much for the welcome gift and through communication!

Lots of Amentities, Lots to Experience!

We had a wonderful time here! The place was bright and clean, well-stocked with necessities for our stay, and the property managers left us some fantastic welcome goodies to get us started. Located within an easy drive of sooo much. We enjoyed it and would definitely book again!

Great stay in Santa Fe

Great location, plenty of room and very clean! The Vacation Different team were very responsive and thought of the small details for the property. Lotions, soap, hair dryer, coffee, (2 types of coffee makers), full kitchen loadout, washer dryer and more. Our adult daughter even commented on having a diffuser for the hair dryer. We used the location as our launching point for the Albuquerque Balloon Festival, trips to the surrounding mountains and visiting Santa Fe. There were only four of us, but the property could support many more. Gated entry gave peace of mind, although the surrounding area looked fine (but we didn't wander around). No complaints and I would definitely stay again.
