Lovely Casita, beautiful furnishings, spotlessly, clean, and all the amenities one needs. The location is superb for both visiting the Square in Santa Fe as well as easy access to the highway for the opera. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything was good, as expected. We had a more personable house manager last year, (she had to attend to some minor problems last year). We didn’t like the AC. It had only an on/off switch, and couldn’t change the thermostat setting. It was very cold in the bedroom which was great (because they had blankest), but hot in the rest of the casita. M

Awesome casita.

Perfect location. Clean. Cozy but Very comfortable for 4 adults. Stylish furnishings. Well equipped (even had a spare propane tank for the grill!). All in all we loved it!

Cozy casita in great location

My husband and I and his sister stayed here for a week in July 2024. The place was just as advertised. 2 nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Functional kitchen with lots of cooking equipment. Easy walk to the Plaza. The host was pretty hands off, but she did respond timely when we had questions. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and I felt like it was good spot. Very easy .5 mile walk to the downtown square. The neighborhood is quite. We had a 2500 pickup and the parking was tight but doable. The check out list was very small which was a nice surprise considering some places want you to clean top to bottom before leaving. Would stay here again.

Great location and accomodation

This property is perfect for two friends. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and cozy living spaces were perfect for us. We appreciated the good beds and extra pillows. The location is a short ride from the Santa Fe Plaza or a walk of about 7 blocks. Was also nice to have a carport.

Nice property. Parking a little tight if you have a large vehicle, but you have two places to park. Ellen was very helpful and responsive. Had everything you would need and everything worked. A far to the plaza for me, but younger and healthier legs would do just fine.

Quite comfy spot not far from the Plaza

We enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'condo', just a short walk to the town center. The kitchen was well equipped; the air-conditioning worked great; the beds were comfy; the location (4 ground level condos) was quiet and convenient. The TV remote was a bit funky, as was the ironing board. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

Our stay could not have been better! Location was great - everything was within about a 15 minute walk. Close to a convenience store, grocer, gas. Attractively appointed with southwestern decor, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were light and airy with several skylights. Backyard had dining table and chairs, plus sitting area. Beds were comfortable, everything worked. My favorite part was the books contained on the bookshelf - several on Santa Fe history, points of interest. One of them was even written by our VRBO host, Ellen! We had a wonderful vacation - four adults in Santa Fe for fun. Ellen left a notebook with extra information and we followed her advice for places to eat. She did not let us astray! This casita was a great place to stay!

Family fun

Overall this property is very nice, and located in a very convenient area if one intends to visit restaurants in the Plaza area. While the patio was very private, it needed to be weeded, and the internet service was not adequate to consistently do any work. Other than that, we really enjoyed this stay.
