Rustic but calming

The property is rustic but well equpped. It’s an old farmhouse in the hills, so things are rough around the edges, this is not a property with a manicured garden and upscale sofas. I enjoyed that, and especially loved the views over the hills, eating fresh figs from the tree, and lounging in the sun by the pool. There are a few beautiful villages in the area and food shopping is easy, but because it’s in the hills the journeys to other places (the beach, Orvieto, lake belsano) can be quite long. Exceptional value of money, calming, wonderful location but simple.
