Located in Can Picafort and very close to the sea, this beautiful three-story house offers an idyllic getaway for up to six people.

Outside, the three terraces offer spaces to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The terrace on the main floor allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors, sunbathe, or relax with a drink after a day at the beach. The property has nearby neighbors, which allows for a cozy yet connected experience with the local environment.

Inside, the charm continues with a bright living room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV, while the dining area open to the living room offers a cozy atmosphere for sharing meals. The kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, along with the separate laundry room, ensures a comfortable and convenient stay. The three bedrooms, all on the first floor, have air conditioning and closets. The first one features a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. There is a bathroom on each floor, both with showers and on the top level, you will find a toilet and a terrace with beautiful views. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The area of Can Picafort is ideal for strolling along its large promenade or its fine, clear sand. In the evenings, when the sea breeze gives a respite, the perfect plan is to enjoy a refreshing drink, a beer, or why not?, a cocktail at a beach bar. Although it gets lively in summer, it exudes tranquillity and peace. If, on the other hand, you feel like visiting beaches, coves, shops, restaurants, and many other bustling places, head to the Port of Alcudia or to the capital, Palma, if you're up for a longer car ride. The truth is, you won't regret it!

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
