Modern House Maylin near the beach Can Picafort

Maylin House is a beautiful house in a residential neighborhood of the coastal town of Can Picafort. It is located just a few meters from the beach in a very quiet area, and very close to large supermarkets and very good restaurants.



The house has three floors. At the entrance, there is a spacious terrace with two hammocks, sofas to relax outdoors, and a great barbecue. In addition, this terrace is connected to two large living rooms that make the house very comfortable and cozy. Both living rooms have a large chaise longue sofa and a large television each. The main living room has a large table for 6 people and is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.



On the first and second floors are the rooms. There are two rooms with two single beds and another with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room. In total, the house has two bathrooms with bathtub and a toilet. The latter is on the ground floor. One of the double rooms is on the top floor and has a terrace with sea view.

Both living rooms and the three bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there are portable radiators.
