Located on the heights between Santa Margherita Ligure and the hamlet of San Lorenzo della Costa, this accommodation offers a view of the sea, the port and the city which can be enjoyed from a cool and elegant equipped terrace where you can relax after a fantastic and sunny day by the sea or after a fresh walk in the nature of the area.
The rooms offer a characteristic elegant atmosphere typical of the locality among tapestries, decorations and seafaring details.
In addition to the terrace, a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms make up this accommodation, which is itself part of an independent house surrounded by the greenery of its olive trees.

The house is located on the road that connects the center of Santa Margherita Ligure with the Via Aurelia.
The historic village is therefore easily reachable in a few minutes by car or bus while the panoramic road allows you to easily reach the nearby Park of Portofino, Camogli and Rapallo.
The tranquility of the location therefore offers an exclusive relaxing stay while remaining in the most mundane of the Rivera Ligure villages.
