The apartment spans the first and second floors and is connected by interior stairs. Each level includes a bedroom and a full bathroom, allowing guests to maintain personal space while still enjoying shared living areas.



Large private balconies on both levels offer open air, ocean breezes, and partial ocean views. These spaces are ideal for morning coffee, reading, or relaxing in the evening after a beach day.



The living areas are spacious and comfortable, with room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. A Smart TV is provided for entertainment, and the layout allows multiple guests to enjoy the space at the same time.

Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire two-level apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living spaces, and private balconies.



You will also have shared access to Casa Leah’s amenities, including two outdoor swimming pools, a poolside bar with drinks and breakfast options, sun loungers, garden spaces, luggage storage, and on-site front desk assistance.



The building has secure gated access with a smart-lock entry system. Your personal access code will be sent on the day of check-in. Complimentary street parking is available outside the property.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Leah is located in Brisas de Zicatela, one of Puerto Escondido’s most recognized beach neighborhoods, known for its surf culture and relaxed coastal atmosphere.



Zicatela Beach is just steps away. Restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and local markets are nearby. La Punta can be reached by a scenic walk or a short taxi ride. The property sits in a calm residential pocket within the Zicatela area, offering an ideal balance between beach life and relaxation.



Getting Around:

The area is very walkable, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and markets.



Local taxis are affordable and widely available. There is no Uber or Lyft in Puerto Escondido. The airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Scooter, motorcycle, and car rentals are available nearby for exploring the coastline.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment spans two levels connected by interior stairs, so please consider this if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.



Daily housekeeping is included at no extra cost and takes place between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.



Zicatela Beach is known for strong waves and currents and is best suited for experienced surfers or wave watching. For swimming, calmer beaches nearby are recommended. Two swimming pools are available on-site.



Starlink WiFi generally performs well for remote work and streaming, although speeds may vary during extreme weather conditions.



Pools, gardens, terraces, and bar areas are shared with other guests.
