A beautiful, well equipped, detached 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool. Set in a quiet residential urbanisation, ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing holiday. Only 3 minutes drive to long sandy beaches and unspoilt nature reserves. Less than 10 minute drive to Alicante airport and a 15 minute drive to the vibrant city of Alicante with its marina, castle, great shops, markets stalls and nightlife. If you don't want to drive there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a frequent bus & tram service to take you around the local area, with an frequent bus services to Alicante City, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.

TrÚs jolie villa. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour et Martin, le propriétaire est trÚs réactif et a répondu à toutes nos attentes.

If you listen to Martin's instructions, this place is a great place to stay if you're a big group. There is an Aldi 5 minutes one direction, and a strip with loads of bars and restaurants in the other. The house has enough space and facilities to entertain if you don't want to go too far either. Only comment would be local transport solutions are poor, which is absolutely not the fault of the property, so I'd recommend a hire car if you want to travel, but it was a 15 Uber from the airport.

Check-inArrived at the checkin time of 3pm and the cleaners were still there and told us it wouldn't be ready for another hour. We returned at 4pm and the cleaners handed over the keys with no further information. On entering an alarm went off (the guide supplied by the owner mentions an alarm at the contents page but has no content on alarms) so we had to call the owner who was very helpful. Later the next day an estate agent arrived with people to show around! We politely declined.The villaWe were surprised to see CCTV cameras outside (which we could understand why) but also inside facing the living area, kitchen and dining which we felt uncomfortable with.There was no hot water as both gas bottles were empty.The place was fine - generally clean and tidy. The ground and upstairs room have Aircon which was great. Two lower floor rooms don't and were very hot. Also no bathroom on the lower floor. The pool in August was lovely and warm, but I would say quite small considering there were 10 of us. There was only one umbrella for the 6 sun loungers. The general feel was the place was suited more to groups of 6 or lessb- ie the inside and outside tables seat 6. Local areaThere's not a lot to do in the immediate area which was fine for us as we mostly wanted to relax by the pool. The beach is beautiful and local supermarkets well stocked and easy to get to. The Rio safari and water park is worth a visit too.

Family Holiday

The property is lovely, very spacious with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool table in the underbuild, the only downfall was how hot it is downstairs with not many windows. The only other thing was we found it difficult to get taxis to take you places. We got intouch with one in the end who we messaged regular if we needed him. It was a very hot week as it was 36oC glad we had the pool to cool down. Would definately stay again and would recommend it for families.

Beautiful villa

We loved our stay. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need and more! The owner and agent were very helpful and responsive to any questions or queries.The area has lots of restaurants and bars all within walking distance and with the supermarkets and market very close we didnt need a car. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes (stopping for ice cream on the way).We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed here for 4 nights for our annual golf trip and it was perfect! The villa is spacious with 7 beds (as advertised) with great outside space and games area downstairs which was ideal. The villa owner, Martin, was brilliant throughout - really helpful prior to arriving with great communication and was great when I was lost finding the villa! Novadesta, the managing agents, were also great - helpful and very responsive and always sorted anything we needed quickly (not that we needed a lot!). Finally, the villa was in a great location for a number of bars and restaurants, 10-15 mins on foot. Would highly recommend this villa.

Exceptional villa

Great villa in a central location had everything you could need and very spacious, restaurants,bars and supermarkets all a few minutes walk or very short drive. The host Martin and the rental agent were brilliant great communication and nothing a problem totally stress free experience from start to finish.

Martin's Villa

The villa was just as described and as we had hoped. Beautiful, spacious villa which met the needs of all of us there from 1 to 65. Perfect pool, lots of places to hang out as a group or on your own. Close to Aldi and also a huge store selling everything that you will ever need as well as bars and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk away, or a short drive into Alicante if you wanted to see more. Novadesta who arranged the meet and greet were very helpful and Martin was the perfect attentive host from several hundred miles away! Highly recommended Ian & Noelene

Great Villa in great location

The holiday was booked pre COVID and the host was absolutely fantastic going above an beyond in accommodating changing dates. The Villa was well worth the wait, with plenty of room for the nine of us and a brilliant pool. The location was lovely with bars and restaurants close. Carabassí beach was lovely and well worth a visit. We didn’t rent a car but with shops and bars so close we didn’t miss it. Bus services to Alicante and Santa Pola were cheap and frequent. We all had a great time and would love to go back.

Great family holiday in a lovely villa

Very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Everything was as described and there was more than enough room for our party (6 adults and 3 children) Pool was well looked after with a visit every 4 th day by the maintenance man Villa is a short walk from the newly built Aldi which was great for stocking up the fridge. Plenty to do in Gran Alicante and easy to get around Martin, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with and answered our questions promptly

It’s a beautiful villa. Yes a bit of a walk to the bars and restaurants we were a party of 10 ages from 6 - 66 and we found it ok. Plenty of eateries to choose from and the owner Martin was in touch every other day by WhatsApp checking everything was ok. Wouygo back.
