It has a large living room with terrace and views over the sea that you can hardly forget, a double bedroom with the bathroom inside, equipped kitchen and a small Zen garden. In the living room there is a sofa bed in which two people can sleep. Own garage. Located in a private landscaped urbanization with swimming pool for adults and children and with tennis courts.
You will have before your eyes the most beautiful sunrises you have ever seen, in which the reddish and orange tones blend together reflecting on the sea to form a spectacle of light and color without equal.
During the day the horizon line seems to float in a world of blues where the sky and the sea struggle to steal from the sun the light that makes them more beautiful.
At night, if your stay coincides with the full moon, you can see her draw a path of white light over the calm waters of the Mediterranean. At the same time that the perfume of jasmine from the terrace envelops the air with its smell. A glass of wine, some burning candles, a soft background music and you want time to stop forever.
The house is decorated with colonial furniture, which makes it unique and different from other holiday homes. It has a large living room with terrace where you can eat and dine outdoors watching the sea, a double bedroom, equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small Zen garden at the entrance.

The house is located in a quiet and exclusive urbanization full of landscaped green areas surrounded by walks overlooking the sea. It has two swimming pools, one of them for children and tennis courts. Children can play with complete peace of mind in the large existing lawn areas and in a playground. As for security, the urbanization has a night security guard and access to it is done with a security code. All these services can be used by the tenants of the house.
To facilitate the arrival time for the guests, making it totally flexible 24 hours a day. Without depending on flight delays or travel incidents that may delay the agreed arrival time, the keys will be collected from a safe deposit box close to the house. The guest will be informed promptly of the access code to said box. In the house, the guest will find written information about everything necessary for their stay. The woman who cleans the house lives in the area and like me, we will always be contactable for any problems that may arise.
There are several beaches in the area, although the most important is El Carabassi Beach. It is one of the best beaches in the Valencian Community, semi-wild and with protected natural areas that prevent the existence of buildings next to it.
