Luxury extends to the 3 bedrooms where all our beds are dressed in high quality linens. In this single-story home, you have primary bedroom #1 with a King size bed, walk-in closet and private on-suite bathroom. Primary bedroom #2 includes a King size bed and private on-suite bathroom as well. The bunk room includes triple stacked bunk beds. All of our bathrooms are furnished with top-of-the-line natural amenities and large clean, white towels. Our linens are fully washed prior to each check-in to provide you peace of mind and comfort throughout your stay.

"Casa de Sol" includes a full-sized washer & dryer for all of your laundry needs. This gorgeous Seagrove Beach property also includes 3 private parking spaces for our guests. Our guests have complimentary access to the neighborhood community pool which is about a 5 minute walk from the house, directly on your way to the beach.

Hear the waves? That's because you're so close to the gulf! Local public beach areas are within walking & biking distance. A 10 minute, leisurely stroll through our quiet, wooded neighborhood will bring you to the Eastern Lake Beach access, or jump on one of our 4 Yolo Beach cruisers and you will be there in minutes. All guests will have access to the neighborhood community pool (unheated) which is about a block away. You will also be able to enjoy the Deer Lake State Park and the Coastal Dune Lakes. Fun Fact: One of the rarest phenomena in the world, Coastal Dune Lakes, can only be found in 2 states and 3 countries, and 30A has 15 of them!!!

** Please note: Casa de Sol is the perfect getaway for a family, 2 couples traveling with children or a family traveling with extended family. Our tight knit neighborhood is a mix of residential homes and vacation rentals always looking out for one another. Parties and loud, rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. After booking, a copy of the valid drivers license/ID will be required from the primary renter. The primary renter (25 years old+) is required to stay on property for the duration of the rental. Casa de Sol is sure to become your favorite Seagrove Beach getaway.
