This top-floor condo has easy access to the Emerald Coasts well known scenic route, Highway 30A, and is less than a mile from gorgeous beaches! Heron's Watch at Seagrove has access to a large pool, lots of parking, and an elevator.

With more than 1 million acres of land, Florida's Point Washington State Park offers options of either hiking, biking, or even horseback riding on its miles of trails. This beautiful forest is a great way to spend time enjoying the wildlife it contains. The trails are said to be well marked, well kept, and spans a large part of 30A. Get the best of both worlds in the woods and on the beach!

Eastern Lake is one of six rare dune lakes in the world. It intermittently connects to the Gulf of Mexico, closing again during changes of season. Rent or bring your own YOLO board, kayak, canoe, or go fishing and exploring on this beautiful 66 acre lake.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Summer Breeze in Heron's Watch on 30A. No exceptions will be made. No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Summer Breeze. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
