Situated conveniently between Ayls Beach and Seaside, this home is in the perfect location for your relaxing beach vacation! You will love the quiet serenity of Seagrove Beach away from all the traffic, yet, you can still visit the area's best restaurants and shops in just a short bike or golf cart ride. Head East or West to explore the unique beach communities, scattered along Hwy 30A. Around every turn, you will find boutiques, great eats, beautiful lakes and great entertainment! Everyone is sure to love Seagrove Beach with its timeless sunsets, cool breezes, warm emerald waters and sugar white sand.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period
- Golf cart is included, but requires a waiver an $500 authorization hold (we don't charge the card).
- No pets
- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number. Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm! Thanks for being awesome!
