â Prime 30A Location Appearance: Bikes and bike trailers must be property stored in racks or otherwise secured on the property not in sight overnight. We prefer you leave them in the back of the home when not in use. Porches should be clear of clutter and should not be used to store toys or beach supplies, according to Summerâs Edge HOA standards. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times, without exception. Noise: Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am per Summerâs Edge Neighborhood Rules. Parking: Only Two Cars can park in the driveway. All Street parking is strictly prohibited and will be fined by the neighborhood. There is overflow parking throughout the neighborhood. Trash: Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place bins by the driveway on Monday and Thursday mornings for pickup. Please roll trash bins back to the side of the house post pickup. Door Codes: The only entrance provided to the home is through the front door with access code. Remember the door will lock behind you, make sure to have codes on you at all times to avoid being locked out.
