On the second floor, you’ll find a master with en suite bath and second guest room with full bath. The third offers a final guest room with bunk beds and full bath. There is also a balcony on each floor, offering more outdoor space and room to relax as the sun sets over the beauty of the Gulf.

The first floor is command central, featuring a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar for added seating. The kitchen abuts the open concept living/dining area with large table that seats 7 comfortably. The living area offers comfy furnishings with cozy décor--the perfect space to entertain friends and family. Just off the living area is the back deck with grill covered by lush trees. Short walk to beach. A little short a maintenance.

The property was just as described and only about a 5 minute walk to beach access entrance and shopping and dining. We walked most of the time which was nice. Overall the property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The grill worked good but the igniter did not work, so we used a gas lighter front the kitchen. Mr coffee pot with no filters. We bought the wrong type of filters (not cone) so had to use paper towel for filter. Keurig would have been nice these days. The property seemed to lack upkeep in some areas that was our only frustration. The a/c in the 3rd floor bedroom does not cool enough by itself (they have obstructed airflow of 3 floor vents with furniture), so they had a separate wall unit to help, but it was dead on arrival. We called management company and they were pretty responsive to come out and fix it although on Sunday evening (check-in) they could not send someone till morning. We removed obstruction from vents and that helped but mostly the sun going down. The rest of the house cooled fine. The maintenance co put in a portable ac in the 3rd floor BR and this fixed the cooling problem. There are plantation shutters in the stairwell. Keep closed in summer. Ceiling fans were very frustrating. Three of the fans only work with one/same remote. It controls all fans at the same time. We gave up using them. Fix this!!!On day 3 we noticed the main ac was not keeping up. Maintenance called again and after adding Freon it was good.

The house was great and so was the location. The number you could text to get ahold of someone was very helpful. The beds were great, everything was clean, and they had a ton of towels. I would bring your own beach chairs, tents, umbrellas, etc as we didn’t find many of those. However there was an entire chest of beach toys for kids to play in the sand near the front door so that was great.We loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. If you are planning on cooking, you’ll need to bring/buy just about everything. There was barely any salt and pepper for our stay. No cooking oil, butter, or spices for just fyi. They provide about one day’s worth of soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc so also bring those items. There are also no hair dryers. It was unfortunate they only allow 2 cars in the driveway as it is a 4 bedroom house so we had 3 different families driving and had to find a place for our 3rd car. Thankfully two locals told us we could park in front of the gym that was down the street for free and no towing/tickets so that was great. This company tried to recommend parking at an RV park 25 minutes away for 25/day so I highly recommend the gym for parking instead. The rooms were good overall- just note it is 3 floors so one bed bath on main floor by kitchen/dining/living room, master and another bed and bath on 2nd floor, then 4th bedroom and bath on top floor. We had a great stay overall and we recommend this house. The short walk to the beach & restaurants was ideal

The location was great. Quick about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Gulf Place with Restaurants and Shopping. The condo was spacious with plenty of room for multiple groups/families. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are comfy! We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with this house! It had everything we needed and then some. Short walk to the beach but luckily this unit had a beach wagon that made it so much easier to tote our stuff! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was fairly nice. The lights don’t work proper with the remotes. One remote would turn on and off all the lights in the house from any location. We noticed termites coming from the walls on our last day. Could use a better cleaning crew as two of our tubs weren’t completely clean.

Disappointed in rental. Pictures online look nice, but in person, rental had dirty carpet with lots of spots and furniture is also worn and showing spots. Location was very good, but overall, this rental has seen its best days and I would not rent it again without a major overhaul and deep, professional cleaning.

Good space

The house was spacious and comfortable for two families. The tvs were not smart TVs and the fire stick and Roku were unusable. They gave us a run down grill but that was remedied two days later. Overall the items in the beach closet were ok. We could use one large umbrella and some chairs. The location is great and the area was very pet friendly. We would stay there again.

From making reservation to opening the door upon arrival to closing the door upon checkout everything went like clockwork. The property well suited our family needs. It was clean, well appointed and was so convenient to the beach, coffee, ice cream and other small shops. We couldn’t have selected a better house or location and are looking forward to a return trip in 2023.

We stayed her with 5 girls: ages 18-23. Plenty of room for all! Very short walk to beach and Gulfplace dining. A couple small issues that maintenance fixed
except Direct TV, so we had useless TV’s in all the rooms since no connection to satellite. Not horrible, we just like to watch tv late at night before bed and could not. House was well maintained and check in/out process was super easy.

Perfect location

This was our second time to rent this property and we have been pleased both times. Perfect location with very short walk to uncrowded beach. Great food and shopping within walking distance also. Only real issue was the grill on back porch needs replaced. 2 of the 5 burners wouldn’t work and all the knobs are stripped out. We were able to still use it but it has served its purpose and should be replaced at this point. Other than that, this property was fantastic and we will be staying there again next year!

The house was beautiful, but definitely needed a little TLC. The walk to the beach was very easy. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need, and then some. There was a neighbor next door who made it clear that he wasn’t happy with renters. Other than that we had a good time, and love this area.

Pretty much as advertised

The house itself was just as pictured. There are no amenities so kids could get bored if not at the beach. Did not expect any so not disappointed. The only negative that bothered me was being expected to take out trash cans twice in a week. Would also suggest leaving some cleaning products on the property in case a mess or spill needs to be cleaned up. Would could not find any anywhere.
