Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: The most popular and closest beach access to Prominence, located approximately 0.5 miles away. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park beach access, and beach service is not available.
- Walton Dunes: Located about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This Walton County beach access offers parking and a short distance to the beach.
- Santa Clara: A Walton County beach access near Bramble Grove Road, approximately 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are available at this access.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access about 0.5 miles to the east of Prominence. Although parking is not available, it's a great bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Located just past the Gulf Lakes access, this Walton County beach access does not have parking or bathrooms, but there is a shower available.

Beautiful beach house!

Spacious, beautifully decorated and came with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Had a great time and great food at The Hub. Now, if someone could have made the weather cooperate, that would have been the best!

Perfect House for a getaway

We have rented this house 3 years in a row and have loved staying there each time. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Its minutes from Seaside or Rosemary Beach and the pool area is beautiful. The beach is also just a few minutes down the road. The house is always very clean. We have also had the best customer service experience with Coastal Dreamin They are always so helpful and friendly and respond very quickly to any issues or concerns. We will definitely be back!!

Fun Spring Break House

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location was great, near the Big Chill. The house was modern, clean, and well appointed. We had two small issues (needed more bath towels and an alarm was chirping) that were addressed promptly. I would highly suggest the owners put in more towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms for towels. It sleeps 8 yet there are only room for 4 bath towels, which means they get left on th floor and don't dry. This is my only issue. Otherwise, there were plenty of dishes and blankets and it was quite comfortable.

Beautiful and Clean Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Cottage. The home had everything we needed and was quite spacious and airy. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great having bikes, beach chairs, and floats in the garage to use. We mostly went to the State Park beach but did take the shuttle one day to the Santa Rosa Beach a few miles away. We preferred the state park even though the walk to the beach was longer because it was less crowded. It was great being able to walk across the street to the Hub for coffee, ice cream and shopping. The restaurants looked good but we didn't try them. I got emails regularly - on booking, before our stay, before we checked out - giving us all of the info needed for out stay. We would stay here again!

Great Stay

Very nice townhome with lots of space for everyone. Property was just like photos show. Bikes and chairs along with extras for the beach were nice to have. Needed extra towels and property management was very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again in the future.

Relaxing Abode

This is a great place to take your family for a relaxing vacation. The home has lots of space and is clean. The pool is awesome, but it can get a little crowded during peak times. Having 'The Hub' across the street is very convenient for you to be able to walk to a quick dinner and enjoy some music, dancing, movies, or sports on the large screen (March Madness basketball was on when we were there). Beach access is just down the street and an easy bike ride. I would highly recommend the Coastal Cottage.

Loved Our Stay!

Really enjoyed this home! It was very clean, conveniently located (close to pool and front entrance of neighborhood), and very well maintained! The only downside was having to drive to beach access point (although it was not very far at all) and the fact that they require you to leave the pool every hour and a half or so in order to clean the restrooms. We lost our spot where we were sitting after coming back in. Just a minor inconvenience, otherwise this place is fabulous! Would recommend for families with children for sure!

Nice home but disappointed

The rental home is very beautiful, clean and the neighborhood on 30A is nice also. I don't give a total of five stars because the distance to the beach is too far, lighting in the master bathroom is very dim, wifi is extremely slow and cell phone service is terrible as well. With the rates being high you would expect all these issues to not be a problem-It appears the homeowners have cut costs and offers the bare minimum. The home is very clean and decorating is top notch but my family and I will not be staying here again.

This unit is like new, well kept and nicely positioned within the complex. I wasn’t bothered by noise from neighbors, the pool or even the concerts across the street. If you like a party, come on Friday night when it’s loud and crowded at The Hub!

THe house was so nice. Very big, clean, fully furnished with plenty of room for my kids and their friends. The pool is great and we loved having the bikes. The only draw back is that it is so far from the beach. There are beach accesses but they were being repaired so they were closed. Even so, there is no place to park bikes. The park that has beach access is a long walk and the parking is limited and gets filled up quick. If you have little kids with lots of stuff, it would be a long haul. It is nice to be in between Rosemary and Seaside. My kids loved biking to both easily. I gave 3 stars because of the beach access.

We truly enjoyed our stay !!!

The beach house was amazing. The neighborhood was so quiet and relaxing. Our family enjoyed the bike rides, being so close to The HUB on 30A. The shuttle service to and from the beach was really nice ,Mrs Hazel and Mr Greg were kind and attentive drivers. They made the ride to and from the beach a great experience. The beach house had everything you needed to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one. Our kids are 15&18 years old and we never once heard them say they were bored. Between the pool, the beach, bike rides and The HUB on 30A all kept them entertained. We were there for 6 nights and the kids weren't ready to leave. We will be back!!!
