There is a convenient king master suite on the 1st floor, with 2 more bedroom suites upstairs along with a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. All TVs in the home are Smart TVs, so your favorite entertainment options are at your fingertips! Head out on the back patio to use the gas grill or enjoy some casual conversations with family and friends. The front porch also offers a cozy spot to grab some fresh air.

This is the cutest house. It was very clean and perfect for my family of 4 and my brother’s family of 3.
Location was perfect to access the beach for golf carting.

This was the cutest little condo. Proximity to beach and the square was good. We did have AC trouble two different days, one of which was a Saturday, and we had no air from the time we woke up until about 5:00 pm. Needless to say, it was HOT! Other than that, our stay was nice and the condo is as pictured.

Ok but wouldn’t choose again for that price
Clean inside. Nice finishes. Exterior needed cleaning and had a lot of weeds. Mstr bath had barn door that gave no privacy. Up left bath has lots of steps inside the bath. Not very safe. One skillet w no lid and no other pots or pans to cook with. Not super long walk to beach. Nice front porch. Sleeps 10 but only 6 towels for showers/baths. Neighbor behind has commercial outdoor lighting that shines in master bdrm at night.

Not up to standards
Door from master bedroom to outside would not open. Had hard time opening door and closing door on side to go to backyard. Weeds were terrible. Only given a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom which was nothing for 10 guests. Concrete where parking was, was broken up, hard to park. There was other places to stay for less money and better.

Overall, the property is a great location on 30-A and to the beach. It's a cute house, but needs a deep clean and more attention to detail and maintenance of both outside and inside items. There needs to be a deep clean of cabinets and drawers especially in the kitchen. Some of the glasses and utensils were not clean. The toaster and coffee maker were not clean. I found hair in the drawers of the primary bathroom. The primary bedroom/bathroom doesn't cool down enough so I'd be scared to stay there in the summer. Thankfully, we had a box fan that we used in addition to the ceiling fan. We had to lower the thermostat significantly. The outside needs updated mats (dirty) and furniture repaired (loose and fraying pieces). The primary bed mattress is needing replacement - it is breaking down. We considered sleeping in the upstairs king bed but the mattress was worse. The walls needs to be cleaned, especially in the primary bathroom and some corners that have been damaged need repair. The living room sectional has some type of wood block as a temporary fix to hold it up. The TV cable running across the living room is very unsightly and is not shown in the property photos. Regarding the management company, I called as a noticed flying bugs. I asked them not to come during the day as my husband was at the house working, but they sent someone anyways. While we liked the area of Eastern Lake, I would not stay at this house again nor recommend it. That’s very sad as the house has the potential.

The house was nice enough... We had a big issue with wi-fi and cell service though (there was none... no wi-fi, no cell service - we had to walk a block just to get a signal). The company kept saying they'd send someone out to fix it, but no one came. A day later I asked about this again, they acted shocked that someone hadn't shown up & said someone would be there soon. When no one showed up (again) we ended up calling the service provider directly and they said the mgmt company had made an appt the following week to fix it... but the mgmt company just kept dodging our questions and acting like someone was coming to repair. It was just a very strange experience and didn't appreciate the lying. Bring your own cleaning supplies, none were provided (even to wipe down counters). There was some water damage on the ceiling in several spots. Couldn't really enjoy the backyard because it was SO overgrown. Nice neighborhood, close to beach and restaurants.
