Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and the golf cart rides. Great location but public parking was very hard to find if you wanted to go to the beach.

This place was the perfect size for my group of 7! Check in was so easy and communication with the property manager was a 10/10. The golf cart was also a bonus when picking this house! Location is prime.

Everything was perfect, lots of little details they included like labeling all the lights/fans! Shower outside to rinse off! Location was great, super close to tram and beach and golf cart was fun. The bunk beds are actually in a loft, which I didn’t realize. It wasn’t a big deal, but I had teenagers who all wanted their own room. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is absolutely stunning. The neighborhood is very quaint. The neighborhood pool is really nice. The house is .9 miles from the beach. However, it is a short walk to the tram station. The tram is really cute and convenient. There are also shops across from the tram station. The house is definitely worth the . We were allowed to check-in early because it was available and that was awesome. If you enter the beach on the lake side, you can also rent chairs and an umbrella/table for the day from a local company. Their station was off to the right at the end of the boardwalk. The only issue we had is that the listing featured a golf cart when we booked. However, when we inquired as to the location of the golf cart upon arrival we were informed by the property management company that it was no longer included. Funvacay is the property management company and it took several back and forth correspondences to get them to finally honor the original listing - we had pictures of our VRBO confirmation with the golf cart in the listing title and in photos. That was very frustrating. They ultimately rented us a cart/licensed street side by side. That was fun to run around in at night. Parking at or near the beach is just about impossible- so use the tram. That was perfect. You can park a car/cart there for 15 a day and go back and forth to the house in between trips down to the water or dinner. You can also ride the bike there and lock them

This was the best place we ever stayed at. It was immaculately clean. It housed 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was phenomenal - spacious and luxurious. One aspect we especially loved was the never ending hot water supply. I believe the water heater is on demand and two people could shower at the simultaneously. This was a big help when we were getting ready for events. Everything in this house was high quality. From the kitchen appliances to the gigantic bathtub, everything was up to par. The bunkbeds were especially fun for our 9 and 7 year olds. The pool was clean and warm in June. It had a nice waterfall feature. There were shallow ends, which was very important for our kids who were just learning to swim. Both kids learned how to swim on this vacation thanks to that pool.Overall, we would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Hands down A
