"Dune the Right Way" is a luxury 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom townhouse in the highly sought after community of Prominence on 30A, located between popular Seaside and Rosemary Beach and across the street from the popular hot spot, The Big Chill (The Hub). Prominence on 30A is a popular local community that is an ideal destination for immersing yourself in 30A’s fun and vibrant atmosphere while enjoying superior quality accommodations.

The Space:
This stunning two story townhome is equipped with flat screen televisions, stainless steel appliances, a brand new 6-seater golf cart, 3 bikes, and beach chairs for the whole family! This location is perfect for those looking to relax but still enjoy their vacation to the fullest.

When you're ready for someone else to cook a meal for you, to listen to live music, or to do a little shopping; just walk across the street to The Big Chill, which is the newest location for fun along 30A. The Big Chill has a full stage, grassy area with chairs and sofas to watch live music, numerous eatery spots from ice cream to BBQ, and spots for a little shopping as well.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Highway 30A between Seagrove and Alys Beach, Prominence is a 30A community convenient to all of your favorite 30A places along the beautiful white beaches of South Walton. This well-planned community features incredible amenities such as two beautiful resort-style pools, community grills, a bustling town center, open green spaces, and easy access to over 20 miles of bike and hiking paths.

The Big Chill 30A is the community’s town center. It includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion. The Big Chill also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy family themed movies with the well-loved event Screen on the Green. The Big Chill plays host to a Farmer's Market and other events throughout the year, plus there is entertainment most nights during high season. Terrific BBQ, tacos, wine and spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay. And don't forget the local boutique shops, bike shop, art gallery, and even a Build-a-Bear Workshop.

Enjoy passing the beautiful inland dune lakes on the way. There are only 4 places in the world that have inland dune lakes and 30A is the only one on this side of the planet.

We do not allow parties. You must be 25 years old to make reservation and the reservation holder must be present during the stay. A $500 hold is placed on your card during check-in and released 3 days after check-out.

Fantastic stay on 30A

This is a perfect spot with great amenities. We loved the location between Rosemary and Seaside, the two areas we spent time while not in the community or nearby beaches. The golf cart and bikes are fun additions. The community pool is terrific. The home is very comfortable, clean, and spacious for our group of four. Communication with the property manager was seamless and always quick. Zero hesitation recommending this property and host!

Spring Break '24

We stayed for Spring break '24. The property was in good shape. Very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I did find it odd that only one bed had a top sheet. I know some cultures don't use them so I guess that's just a preference thing. Not a huge deal. The "front" door is actually on the right side of the building from the garage. There were lots of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, wake boards, and some tubes for the beach. The golf cart was a very nice addition. Big chill was busy but fun. Lots of food and retail. Good music as well. Easy beach access in Deer Lake state park. Please note that most of the beaches are private. The golf cart makes getting to the park easy. Get there early as they do shut it down when parking is full. I do wish we were notified that they were painting the building the week we visited. Lots of early noise and ladders all over which made parking difficult. There was an issue with the water hose in the garage which the team answered quickly. Overall I'd was a very nice stay and the management was very helpful. They got back to us quickly with any questions we had. We would for sure stay again.

Better than expected

You won't be disapointed with this rental. Great location, clean property, super nice golf cart and outstanding management. Also best mattress and best water pressure we have ever rented.
