This beautifully renovated beach cottage in the highly sought-after Phase Three of WaterColor is your ideal vacation destination! Nestled on a spacious corner lot just steps from the serene frog pond pool and park, this gorgeous home offers the ultimate blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including a fun bunk room, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates large families or groups. The expansive 500+ square feet of screened porches are perfect for sipping morning coffee, playing board games, or enjoying evening cocktails in the coastal breeze.

**Important Information - Please Read**

- Max Occupancy: 12 guests (You must confirm the number of guests in your party at least 10 days before arrival in order to receive Watercolor Access Passes)
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
- Golf Cart: 6 Passenger golf cart included.
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival.
- Parking: 4 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking available)
- Community Access: Complimentary access to all WaterColor community swimming pools, including - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. Guests must confirm the number of people in their party and complete the resort waiver at least 10 days prior to arrival to guarantee access.
- Starter Pack: Includes 6 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. Guests must purchase additional supplies.
- Private Beach Access: Guests have complimentary access to the Watercolor Beach Club. Chairs and umbrella rentals are available for an additional fee from the beach vendor. First come, first serve basis.
- WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club

Carriage House Suite - 2nd Floor Above the Garage. Accessible from the Main House Via Stairway.
Full Guest Suite with a Queen Bed and a Full over Queen Bunk Bed. This bedroom has an Ensuite Bathroom with a Walk in Shower and a dual vanity sink.
Lounge Space - Study area just off the entrance to the Carriage House Suite. Great space for reading a book, relaxing or taking an afternoon nap.

We’ve stayed at multiple houses in Watercolor before and this was the only one that didn’t have a vacuum, cleaning supplies, blankets, laundry soap, or dishwasher soap. Everything was at minimum. The stove didn’t work one day, and they came the next day to fix it. Great size for two families and close to camp watercolor!

Incredible home for families

Awesome newly remodeled home. The furniture and artwork are very beautiful and perfect for each space. Great big screened in porch off the living room, perfect play area for kiddos while the rest of the family is nearby in the living room and kitchen. Excellent response and help from property managers. Perfect location!
