DETAILS: Nestled along an idyllic tree-lined street, steps from private beach access, Sandpiper Beach House is a delightful retreat for 14 guests. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Seagrove Beach home is centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and 2 community pools. Spend sunny days stretched out on the sugar-soft sand of the laid-back beaches while on vacation, explore the various boutiques for the perfect souvenir, and grab lunch at the well-known Café Thirty-A! Guests will love the private boardwalk and multiple outdoor spaces for soaking up the sun.

Natural light fills the first level of this charming home, spotlighting the tall ceilings and dark hardwood floors throughout the great room. A plush, oversized sectional and 2 accent armchairs surround the TV in the living roomñ€”sink back and unwind with the group after a day of adventure under the sun. In the fully equipped kitchen, high-end appliances and an open floor plan make prepping meals and beach snacks easy. The wooden dining table has 4 chairs and a bench, with 2 more seats at the kitchen island. A spacious guest bedroom decorated in calming coastal colors is on this level. End the day by dining in the open air on the paved back patio with an 8-person table and grill.

Head upstairs to discover the beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed, covered porch, and private bathroom. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with 1 full-over-full bed and 1 twin-over-twin bed.

An additional sleeping area on the third floor includes a twin daybed and a trundle. Outside, the rooftop deck offers a relaxing location to indulge in an evening cocktail or morning coffee.

Let Sandpiper Beach House play host to an unforgettable Seagrove Beach vacation. The private beach walkover is a short stroll away at the end of Chelsea Loop. We had a Great vacation and ready to go back. We stayed at Sandpiper Beach House on Ryan Street at Sea Grove Beach. The Beach House was Super, recently painted,clean,and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Ginger was always available to answer any questions we had.

Great Family Home

The house was wonderful for our family of four! We especially loved the fenced-in yard for our dog. The location is great and we could bike all around and into Seaside. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well-equipped. Ginger was excellent at communicating with us. We look forward to our next visit!

The Best Owners We Have Ever Dealt Witb

Incredible 30A getaway

My family (plus 1 dog) thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was our first time in 30A and we had a spectacular time, the owners were very communicative, the property was very clean and the photos are an accurate depiction of the house. Truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and a central location in general. Everyone was very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We will hopefully be back next year!!

Great Experience

My wife, kids, and parents enjoyed our 10 day stay at Ginger and Rob’s home. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the street and the proximity to the beach. We loved how close we were to Seaside. We loved all the great restaurants nearby (especially Cafe Thirty-A). Rob and Ginger did an excellent job of explaining all the instructions for the home. All in all it was a smooth and relaxing vacation that our family desperately needed. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation!

We absolutely loved our family vacation! This was the first time renting a house and it was totally worth it! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids, and the bonus room at the top was perfect for the kids, they loved that part! A bit of a walk to the beach, but definitely doable. The kitchen was nice and fully functional, as we used it most nights to stay in for dinner. Only complaint was the gas grill probably needs updated. But overall great stay! We would recommend to anyone and would love to come back and stay again someday!

Wonderful vacation!!!

We have stayed in many homes and condos in the 30A area. This is one of the best homes - the location was perfect for us, close walk to beach, the restaurants we like & super cute neighborhood. This house was extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed (even beach towels!) One of the best things about this stay, was how kind and responsive the owners were. They answered all questions, check in was a breeze, and they were just overall wonderful!!! I cannot say enough about this past week. The fenced yard for our fur babies was a huge plus. I would stay here again and again. Thank you so much Ginger & Rob!

Home at the Beach

Sandpiper beach house was the perfect setting for our family beach vacation. Even our son’s dog was able to be with us and had a fenced area where he could be outside safely. The accommodations provided us three floors of living space to spread out or to gather together to relax or take advantage of the many games provided. The home was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in at the beach. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and lacked nothing. The cleanliness was top notch, which is a big plus. The owners had so many special touches added that we felt like we were in our home away from home. Would give a 10+ rating if available. Highly recommend this rental for family gatherings. The owners were a dream to work with and absolutely no surprises or glitches.

New Years Family Getaway

There were 10 of us on our holiday getaway. My husband, myself, our daughter, her husband and 4 children ranging in age from 20 months to 8 yrs, and our son, his wife and their little Yorkie. We were looking for a pet friendly, well located home, close to the beach with a heated pool that could accommodate our group comfortably. Ginger and Rob's home fit the bill perfectly with a spacious living room and dining room area, three floors of living space and outdoor porches for reading and relaxing. It is located in a quiet, private neighborhood that's close to shopping, dining and the beach. We rented bikes and explored the area. Ginger couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and information. We also appreciated the personal touch of them managing their own property. On our first morning after check in, freshly baked treats were delivered for everyone to enjoy! We had a wonderful, relaxing week and highly recommend their home for anyone looking for a well appointed, charming home that's close to the beach!

Family friendly house close to the beach!

We had a great experience here! Our group of two families, with 4 toddlers and a dog, enjoyed the house and had everything we needed and more during our time here! The house was well stocked with everything we needed to get started and we were able to instacart our groceries upon arrival, so it was easy to roll in after a lengthy car ride! It was a quick, easy walk to the beach and community pool - which is key with so many little ones! The beach wasn’t crowded at all and we usually had the neighborhood pool to ourselves. I debated forever about staying in some of the other communities that have more amenities but I’m so glad we went this route because everything was easily accessible, less crowded, and perfect for us. It’s right down the street from The Hub, Seaside, Publix (grocery store) and so many great restaurant options. The bike path is two houses down, but through a secure gate, so it’s the best of both worlds. The house is on a really quiet street with little to no traffic, we felt very safe. Ginger and Rob were so communicative and responded right away to any questions we had. I enjoy the personal aspect of working directly with hosts versus through a management company. Our dog got a neck injury prior to our trip, so we were thrilled to find such a perfect spot that also allowed pets! I can’t imagine finding a better pet-friendly spot on 30A!

FAB-U-LOUS

This house was perfect! Our 10 person family has stayed on 30A for a few years now and always had a golf cart and bicycles included with our rentals. I wasn’t sure what to think about this rental without such amenities even though the house looked nice. I WAS THRILLED with our experience. We were close enough to the beach that we didn’t need a cart or bicycles. The house was BEAUTIFUL and had a really functional layout which made cooking and laundry and game playing and movie watching convenient for everyone. There are Beach toys and even a handy foldable wagon to cart all the beach things. Beach towels were included as well as everything else we could’ve hoped would be provided. The house was close to different shopping areas (my favorite was the Hub) and restaurants. The host and manager were very helpful and timely with any needs. The beach itself was beautiful with white sand and warm emerald colored water which made playing in the ocean irresistible. Our stay here was wonderful! I highly recommend it! Things learned: Next time I will reserve a beach umbrella and chairs beforehand as that was worth every cent and if you reserve early you get a better umbrella location on the beach.

Sunny and Relaxing Family Vacation

Our group of 6 family members and family dog had a wonderful stay at Sandpiper! We’ve been renting all up and down 30A for 25 years (always in Spring) and this stay was one of the very best! Ginger and Rob were so responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and great for a family who likes to hang out and cook. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The sectional in the LR is AMAZING - you can fit the whole family on it and it’s really comfortable. We used all the outdoor spaces - backyard, master bedroom balcony and roof deck. Our dog was SO happy having a fenced backyard and also hung out on the balcony when we had our morning coffee. We drive 16 hours to get to 30A, so our first priority is being close to the beach. This was probably the most time we’ve ever spent on the beach (the best weather we’ve had in 25 years did not hurt, either)! The house had 4 beach chairs and tons of nice beach towels, which was great. We didn’t use the pools much but they were very nice, especially for other guests who had young kids. Location is wonderful, close enough to the busier areas along 30A for a long walk, medium bike ride or short drive, but far enough where you can really relax. Walking distance to Old Florida Fish House (and the awesome outside beer garden) and Cafe Thirty-A, so we took advantage of each of those a couple times. Just a great family vacation! We’d love to stay at Sandpiper again.
