This Gulf-front. light, bright, and airy townhouse is located in the laid-back beach community of Blue Mountain Beach and it’s about as close to the beach as you can get. With a large picture window on the first floor, and a spacious patio overlooking the Gulf, you’ll be mesmerized by the sound of the waves rolling in.
Sea Cliffs #1 is centrally located to many wonderful restaurants along 30 A, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Seaside, and Destin. A listing of the top twenty- five local restaurants is on the Fridge. Sleeps eight, with a King in the MBR, two Queens in the second BR (all bedrooms have a private bath and feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses for the most restful sleep possible) and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. The MBR has a gulf front patio; and the living room has multiple blinds that assure complete privacy.
All TV’s are flat-screen with a 55 inch TV in the living room, a 48 in the MBR, 32 in the second bedroom, and a 19 inch TV in the kitchen. Two DVD players, a stereo system with CD, a land-line phone that provides free long distance calling to the US, Canada, and other locations, plus internet, are provided. Internet access is gained thru Linksys2810 with password tby5w8ktck.
The unit is completely remodeled with a fireplace, hardwood flooring throughout; all stainless appliances, plus washer/dryer, and a Weber charcoal grill are there for your enjoyment. A new compact refrigerator and wine cooler are located in the LR, adjacent to the patio. The kitchen features a two-oven, convection range.
