Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on one of two balconies. Relax in this beautifully decorated 1,450 sq feet sprawling 3-story condo. The open, bright 1st level features a kitchen, dining area, 70' smart TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs and the separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Upstairs features the master suite with a king size bed, a 50' TV, a private balcony. Double bathroom vanity and spa shower. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with queen and a twin bunk bed. 50" TV. 1 car garage and driveway. Plenty of parking and storage. Parking passes and beach passes are required.
Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast just steps away. Enjoy SUP, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and more. Walk, bike or drive to shopping, and restaurants in both directions. Steps from the beach !

We have stayed at Emerald Hill two different times. It is literally just steps to the ocean! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The beach is one of the best in the area. It’s not over crowded like some of the others. The unit itself is nicely decorated and the furniture (including the beds) is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need , even hotdog tongs. We had an excellent trip (4 adults ) and would definitely stay here again !

Great condo in a great location

We stayed there for 1 week. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was set up well. We had a beautiful, gated pool right outside. It was maybe a 3 minute walk to the private beach. Definitely would come back!:-)

Great place!

Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) just stayed here for a week and loved the experience. The space, location and private beach access made it the perfect experience. We would stay here again and recommend to friends. The place is just as listed, no surprises, and the hosts were great.

Road Trip

When booking a place on 30A we weren’t sure where the most ideal place to stay would be but this turned out to be perfect! Glad we had direct beach access which made it easier to go to and from the beach as we pleased with all our gear for our toddler. The unit was well maintained and had all the things we needed to feel at home. The master bedroom and bathroom were impressive. I appreciated the full length mirrors! My son loved the bunk beds and all beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone going to Seaside.

Love this condo

This is our second time to this property with our family of 4, and we love it so much. The location for us is perfect with easy beach access and then the easy bike ride into Seaside and beyond. Just lovely. Yes it can be a busy area but there is a reserved beach space (which is enforced!). The condo had everything we needed, and we did a lot of cooking etc. Wifi can be spotty at times but no big deal for us. We got into the area a little early because of some big storms we were trying to avoid and were so thankful to be able to check in early. That was very helpful to us. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A Couple Weeks in Paradise

We love the Emerald Hill location in Seagrove Beach! This particular unit is our favorite having vacationed here for years. Recently updated, it has everything one needs for a comfortable respite from everyday living. With beautiful and functional amenities, our stay was effortless. And, the hosts are top notch and always available and responsive to questions that arise.We’ll be back for our next beach adventure for sure. Excellent family of four destination. Condo amenities were as advertised and all worked! Full size washer & dryer was great. Ocean view from balcony and 2 min walk to beach from door. Overlooking pool with good living space layout. Rooms were good with 2-3 kids sharing a room easily. Garage was a nice perk to keep car cool and also had lots of beach toys for kids. Close drive to many good restaurants but far enough outside of Seaside chaos. Host communicated well and explained access clearly. Beach for condominium is private and actively monitored by security to reserve the beach from public access and overcrowding, very nice! Only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. Was uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded soon. Highly recommended!

Family vacation

We had the best week staying here! Location is perfect, and the beach access is so nice. Security was polite and made sure to round frequently. I had questions about the HOA rules, and the owners were prompt and so helpful when responding. Great communication!

We chose this property because we love that location. The unit was clean and having access to a garage was a big bonus. The management was responsive when we didn't have hot water upon our arrival. Only negatives were the internet was in and out and there was construction on the unit next door and on the beach access walkway during our stay.

Great communication

The host was an excellent communicator. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The beach access was so convenient for our family with very small children. There were even baby gates for the stairs which gave me peace of mind at night. If I had to give a critique, the master bed was the least comfy of all the beds. It sags in the middle.
