The Space:
Seagrove Palace is a three-story, 10-bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach built for large groups who want room to spread out while still being together. An in-home elevator connects all three levels, making it easy to move between living areas, bedrooms, and the outdoor pool deck. Three separate living rooms let everyone settle in at their own pace â whether that means quiet downtime upstairs or a full group movie night on the main floor.
Sleeping Arrangements
Eight king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offer private retreats after full days at the beach. Two bunk rooms (4 bunks each), also with ensuite bathrooms, are perfect for kids, teens, or group-style sleeping. A half bath on the first floor adds convenience for the common areas. Total capacity: 32 guests across 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.
Kitchen & Gathering Spaces
The main floor kitchen is designed for cooking at scale â two full-size refrigerators, generous counter space, and direct flow into the dining and living areas where meals naturally turn into long conversations. Additional living spaces on the second and third floors give the group flexibility throughout the day, and a game room with a regulation pool table adds to the fun.
Outdoor Living
The private backyard features a swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub, and poolside lounge seating. Pool heat is available October through May by request ($75/night). Outdoor seating and a grilling area make evenings easy after the beach, and covered balconies on the upper floors offer breezy spots to unwind with a view of the tree canopy.
Getting Around
A 6-passenger golf cart is included with every stay â perfect for quick trips to the beach, Seaside, or nearby restaurants along 30A. A waiver with our golf cart partner (Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC) is required before use; details and QR code provided at check-in.
Location
Located in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, you're a short walk to the beach and minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach. Restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nature trails throughout South Walton are all within easy reach by golf cart or car.
Guest Access:
Self check-in with keyless smart lock entry. Door codes are sent via email and text approximately 2 weeks before arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available when the schedule allows â contact the main office to confirm. Standard times are 4:00 PM check-in / 10:00 AM check-out.
Events Welcome
This home is available for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and multi-family gatherings. Pre-approval and an event agreement are required â reach out when booking to get started.
