A beautiful, spacious beach house, Southern Comfort is absolutely gorgeous. The delightful home includes a street-legal 6-seater golf cart for quick trips to the beach via the Ed Walline Beach Access, Gulfview Heights Beach Access, Dune Allen / Fort Panic Beach Access, or ride one of the 4 bikes. Super convenient, and always fun.

The two primary suites help make this a perfect home for multiple families. There’s one on each floor, both with kings, double vanities, and luxurious showers. The two additional guest bedrooms, queens, have private bathrooms, as does the bunk room.

Beautiful

This home is beautiful. It met all of our needs. Bedrooms are perfect size with a main floor master and a 2nd floor master. Pool is perfect and golf cart is always a welcome bonus. The reason the the 4 stars on cleanliness is due partially to the previous guests (they didn’t empty their trash) and the cleaning crew who also did not empty the trash, clean the coffee maker or clean the microwave. All very minor issues. We would definitely choose this house again!!

Amazing Place!

We loved our stay at Southern Comfort! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had more than ample space for all of us to spread out. The kids loved the pool and having a golf cart to drive the short drive back and forth to the beach and restaurants is so convenient! The place was super clean and stocked with anything you could need. Kids loved the pool! We love staying in this area but this is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed so far!

Short family/ friend vacation.

We absolutely loved this home and location. Having our own pool was so nice especially with two 10 yr old boys. The location was perfect and beach access was easy especially with bikes and golf cart. The house was exactly as described and spacious with each of us having our own bathrooms. We loved all the extras in this home that are not mentioned like family games, book of info by owners, and beach chairs/ pails. Seaside was close enough to drive in golf cart. Our favorite place to vacation so far.

Simply amazing

This property is amazing to say the least! From taking our first steps through the property and seeing the attention to detail that was put into building this home was amazing. The location was awesome, the size and amenities in the property was great, and not to mention the kitchen of your dreams. We plan to return to this home next year and stay a whole week, this time we only stayed 4 days. Thank you for keeping this property clean and up to date... it felt like home!

Best rental on 30A

I just got home from a amazing trip with 8 of my girlfriends. This group has been going to the beach every year for the past 30 years. This year our rental of this property was perfection. I can’t go on enough about this house...and believe me we have stayed in some that can’t hold a candle to this jewel. The owner of this property has thought of everything and even put it all in a book. Everything to do with how the house is set up...to eating ideas on each section of 30A. It absolutely beautifully decorated. The beds are perfect comfy and cozy. The kitchen has everything and you feel like a gourmet cook with the stove and biggest refrigerator ever...only tiny complaint is a good ice source.....but hey just be prepared to get bags of ice for coolers!! The pool is a perfect size to hang out and the outdoor furniture with TV and grill once again spot on!!! Golf cart...fully equipped garage with chairs....games.and a map telling you how far each area of 30A is and what to expect with charging the golf cart....I’m mean...who thinks of all this!!! So we unanimously voted to book this house again for next year. I also have to give a shout out to the property manager and staff. They were promptly there when we couldn’t get the code to work. She also stayed in touch by texting to every question we had. So 10 out of 10...I say yes...plus a bonus. Do yourself a favor and check out the calendar and BOOK THIS PLACE!!!! Don’t hesitate..you won’t be disappointed
