This property is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with 2 bicycles and access to Watercolor Amenities, including the Beach Club and Camp. 6 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them when attending the neighborhood amenities.

The condo is centrally located in a beautifully landscaped, Cerulean Park and is situated steps away from the town center and private beach club. Our park front accommodation sleeps 6 and includes 2 bedrooms furnished with flat screen TVs. The Master Bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable KING BED and includes a walk-in closet and master en-suite bath. The Guest room includes a comfortable Queen bed and twin over twin bunk, closet and en-suite bath as well. All top-quality bedding and linens to ensure a 5-star hotel quality experience. Great condo and perfect location!

Loved our stay and the condo was great, with the location being perfect!My only complaint is that the second bathroom did not have a window covering and the 3rd story condo next door could see directly into the shower. I used command strips and a towel for a temporary fix, so it ended up being ok.That being said, I would still rent this unit again!

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect. Great location. We had one problem with our ice machine and maintenance fixed it within the hour. Watercolor itself has become very nickel and dime. The beach is lined with watercolor chairs and anyone wanting to bring their own chairs has to walk far to get a spot. You have to pay to park at Camp Watercolor and Beach club now.

Great, comfortable place. Very clean and updated. PERFECTLY located - close to Beach Club and the beach, as well as several restaurants. My only complaint is the very poor WiFi. It’s unacceptable for modern times. No complaints about anything else. Just so future guests can provision accordingly, you get one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for your stay. You will likely need to include these items in your stop at the grocery store. There were several boogie boards and a beach umbrella, but no beach chairs. I read one of the reviews before our trip that complained about loose cords and worn carpet. This review should be removed, as there is no carpet in the place. The bad review must have been from before a renovation.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was in the perfect location and the layout was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and came with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty but nothing too bad. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the second floor gave you very high ceilings! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen amazing with excellent high end appliances, and the bathrooms were awesome. Would totally recommend and stay here again. Being so close to the beach club and trails was top priority! Everything was clean and when we had issues with the WiFi the first two days, the management company was quick to respond and get it fixed.

Perfect spot in Watercolor

If staying in Watercolor, this is the perfect spot. Easy access to the Beach Club and Boathouse pool as well as the Wine Bar, FOOW, Seaside, and more. The unit itself is very nicely appointed with everything you'll need for the trip and the management company does such a great job of making sure everything goes smoothly your entire trip. The only thing we didn't realize was that it's on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. So if you have a stroller, be prepared to carry it up and down the stairs.

Beautiful condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was beautiful and spacious, with a great location, just a few minutes walk to the Beach Club and beach. Loved the two screened-in balconies. Aside from some sand in the kitchen and hair in the shower drain, the condo was very clean. The only issue we had was that the oven didn't work (we tried to heat up a frozen pizza one night). We will definitely be coming back to Watercolor and would 100% stay here again.

Location Wonderful!

We’ve been staying in Watercolor for many years. This was our first time to try a new place outside of our usual rentals. The property was spacious, and extremely well located. The beach as well as tons of amenities were within walking distance. There was plenty of room for my family four to spread out, including our infant son. Our favorite feature of the house where the porches, which included a screened in porch, as well as an additional large porch overlooking the beautiful park in fountain.

This property has a great location close to everything in Watercolor. The family room and porches are great! The couches seemed new and were comfortable. Unfortunately, the carpet in bedrooms needs to be cleaned or replaced - it was not clean. The bathrooms are also dated and quite worn out. They just felt dingy. The bedrooms/bathrooms were disappointing for price point. Last point, there is a cable wire exposed running from one wall to another for the tv in the Master bedroom. It is just loose and could be a trip hazard or a safety issue for a small child.
