The Lazy Lobster

Come visit the Emerald Coast Beaches in a two bedroom, two and a half bath, large, 1400 square foot, Non-Smoking townhouse. It is just a short walk (150yds or 2 minute walk) to the semiprivate beach access. But if you would rather drive, there are 2 beach accesses with parking east and west of the Legends.

Unit #301 is directly over the pool in the building closest to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the master suite balcony or the living room deck. Experience the convenience of overlooking the pool/hot tub and covered parking directly underneath. Unit #301 has granite throughout, stainless appliances, and bright colors.

Spacious kitchen, living room, and bedrooms with separate laundry room. The master suite has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Enjoy free WIFI for your convenience.

If you're looking to exercise, there is a private tennis court and sand volleyball on the property. Enjoy the paved bike paths on scenic 30A. Keep the golfers entertained with the many golf courses including Santa Rosa Golf Club less than a mile away. Destin is just five minutes away with Silver Sands Outlet Mall, restaurants, and entertainment. Just one block away, take advantage of the free summer concerts, boutiques, and ice cream parlor at Gulf Place.

Wonderful Location

The Lazy Lobster was everything it said in its description. The place was clean, close to the beach and local restaurants. The only issue we had was the sensor light where you park is not working, and the tree needs to be trimmed so you can see the unit #. Those minor issues will not stop us from recommending this place to our friends and family. We will definitely stay at The Lazy Lobster again.

Just the way it should be

We had a great time staying at the lazy lobster. We had everything we needed and everything went smooth. The condo was spacious and clean. My family made great memories here. Loved having the corner unit and the pool just off the back deck. Of course the ocean just across the street didn’t hurt either. Definitely recommend

Lazy Lobster is great!!

My sister and our hubbies stayed here and last year as well. Everything was great. This is our second time at the Lazy Lobster and everything was perfect. It’s a beautiful condo/townhouse. It’s a corner unit so that’s so nice. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the covered front deck overlooking the pools and palm trees were lovely to look at. Love the two pools and hot tub and the beach is just a short walk. We will be back I’m sure!! Santa Rosa Beach is beautiful and we’d love to retire to this area. P.S. in the master bedroom the tv wasn’t getting the cable wasn’t working but you could access the other apps so it was fine. Just letting the hostess know in case there’s an issue. Great place tho to stay!!

Summer 2021

My husband and I enjoy this area 30A. Each year we are finding new spots!! This rental was nice, convenient and roomy. Lots of stairs which we knew but realized we will need a first floor entry when bringing our own bikes. It was peaceful and very family oriented! We will be back and will share this rental spot with friends and family.

Absolutely Perfect!

My family was immediately in love with the photos of the Lazy Lobster in the VRBO listing. We booked for a week in early August. Upon arrival, we were so very excited to see everything was exactly as described in the listing! Condo was extremely clean and inviting. Pool and jacuzzi all really convenient, and semi-private gulf beach access was absolutely fantastic! Just a short walk down Spooky Lane and we were in white, powdery bliss for the week. Jennifer was always attentive in responding to any questions or comments I had, as well. Local amenities are plentiful, and Destin or Seaside areas are both quite close with plenty to do and see. I HIGHLY encourage, and we will likely visit the Lazy Lobster again in the future!

Beach Getaway

We have stayed in this area for several years now and love it. We found that The Lazy Lobster condo had everything we needed while being a block from the beach. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo.

Great Stay

This property was EXACTLY as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and well located. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, very nice pool and hot tub. Great sand volleyball. Tennis courts as well. Shared balcony on the living room level and private balcony off the master on the bedroom level. Had everything in the kitchen we needed. Could walk to restaurants and shops (although we only did take out due to Covid and didn't shop). Great bike bath that we used everyday with rented bikes to access even more food/ice cream/drinks/shopping etc. Would DEFINTELY stay here again.

Dissatisfied with owner/manager

The unit was fine. Location was just ok. No privacy at all on the decks. Our biggest issue is the owner did not honor the offer made to us. Since our trip was scheduled the same time a hurricane was hitting the gulf, the owner kindly offered two extra days complimentary if we could stay longer. After spending a day reorganizing our schedules with work/school and client meetings to extend our stay, we were informed our offer was no longer valid due to an online booking. I understand this is a business, but not honoring your offer is unacceptable. My family was pretty disappointed to say the least. Money trumps honesty I guess!

Great location with restaurants close by

Turned out to be a great booking after Hurricane Sally cancelled our original booking at another location in FL for a next day arrival. Beach access right across 30A and very convenient. Restaurants and bars within a short walk. Easy bike ride to Grayton as well. We would stay here again if we decide to come back to Blue Mt. Beach !
