Small but perfect

This property was so close to everything. My only complaint was that I didn’t get the info for the property without having to ask. However they responded right away. It’s a small place but lots of outdoor decks and places to hangout with the family.

A little oasis

The Cottage was perfect! Though 2 bedrooms, it was very spacious with a tremendous amount of outdoor porch space. The cottage has everything you need for your stay other than beach towels which is stated in the description. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and we are used to high quality and service.

Perfect location and beautiful home

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The location was perfect and exactly where we wanted to be. We were only a few blocks from picking up the remaining bikes we needed and were then able to bike to Seaside square, the beach and Grayton. Our bike ride to the Watercolor Beach Club was less than 2 minutes. Loved having two bikes already with the property. We lounged in the comfy living room in the evenings and on the front screened in porch in the mornings with our eggs and coffee. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen and loved all the plates and silverware so we only had to run the dishwasher twice. Extremely comfortable king bed in the master. Large shower and tub for bathing kiddos. Enough room in the second bedroom to rent a crib for our toddler. We played Jenga and built with magna tiles during the rainstorms. This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4 and very family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues with the property .

The property is very nice but there were issues. There were nats in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property manager had to come spray. The TV instructions were outdated and the remote in the den did not work unless the cabinet door was left open. Some kitchen knifes and glasses were dirty. The propane tank for the fire pit was empty and had to be changed. The outside TV did not work and needed to be changed.

The house was simply beautiful. It was so clean I would have guessed that the house had just been built. It made us feel so comfortable. The short walking distance to the square and the beach made things extremely easy for us. The overall process took no time at all. Five stars across the board.
