Slice of Heaven in West Santa Rosa

You get the feel of quiet country life but we're just a few minutes outside of city limits. You may hear a few farm animals occasionally. There are sheep, horses, pigs and chickens in the area. You may even get a few farm fresh eggs when available! From the deck you can look over gardens, trees and land. You'll get a great view of sunsets through the large front windows. You're only 3 minutes from the closest grocery store and 10 minutes from Target, the mall and Hwy 101. Approx 15-20 minutes to all major SR hospitals. The studio has a cute open layout with lots of light and a mid-century modern vibe. There is separate access to the unit through the well-lit side gate and then up a flight of stairs to your private deck and entrance. Plenty of room on the deck for afternoon sunning or plants if you'd like. It's shady in the evenings. We have solar power with battery backup so if the power goes out, we still have power. There is AC for those warm afternoons. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Full kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. Free street parking directly in front of the house.
