Titan: Theater, Heated Pool, Gym, Billiards

This ultimate vacation home is decked out as a private resort. A large, gas-heated saltwater pool and hot tub are the center of the outdoors, surrounded by lounge chairs, sectional couch, dining table for 12, and bar area. Just inside is a 9’ pool table. A custom-designed cinema with a 100" screen has theater recliners and a large sectional couch. The gym has stationary weight machines, cardio equipment, and room for yoga. TVs in every room, 5 zone AC, and gigabit internet.

Outside Areas: The outdoors is set up for your enjoyment. The pool is the centerpiece of the outside space. It is gas-heated all year so that it can be comfortably enjoyed every month of the year. The pool and hot tub are saltwater systems, which means that they are continually converting the salt to chlorine to maintain the perfect amount of chemicals in the water (not too much, not too little). Around the pool are six lounge chairs and a large sectional couch. There is a 12-person teak dining table with a propane grill for enjoying meals outside. Finally, just off the pool table room is an area set up as an outdoor bar with a pub table, cocktail chairs, and room to mingle.

Cinema Room: We custom-built the cinema room to be the ultimate group movie experience. The elevated back row has 6 power recliner theater seats. The front row has a Lovesac oversized couch with 5 cushions and 2 ottomans. The 100" screen is powered by a rear projector connected to an Apple TV, which comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. It is also quite easy to plug in game consoles or other devices that guests may wish to bring with them.

Family Room: The family room on the lower level has a 9' pool table, pub table, bar cart with refrigerator, and a 55" TV. The family room opens up to the outdoors - directly to the bar area and the pool beyond.

Gym: The house has a full gym, complete with standing weight machines, cardio equipment, yoga mats, a full-mirror wall, and a 55" TV. Like the rest of the house, the gym has AC.

Just inside the entryway on the top floor sits the living room, dining room, and kitchen - all connected in a great room.
Living Room: The lounging part of the great room has several couches and chairs, as well as a 75" 4k TV. Just off this room is a balcony with a small table and chairs overlooking the pool.
Dining Room: The dining room has a very large dining table that can seat 12 comfortably. The kitchen also has a dining nook with a table that seats 6. Dinnerware (large and small plates, bowls, mugs, and flatware) for 16 is provided. The bar has wine, champagne, and old fashioned glasses for 16. Outdoor dinnerware (melamine large and small plates, bowls, vacuum wine tumblers, and plastic glasses) is also provided.
Kitchen: The stovetop has 4 burners, a griddle, and an indoor grill. There are two ovens, a microwave, a very large refrigerator, and a garbage disposal. The kitchen is equipped with standard cooking and baking pots, pans, and utensils. It also has a blender and a small food processor.

Bedrooms: All of the bedrooms have 4k TVs with Hulu Live TV (Hulu premium on demand + cable TV).
Bedroom 1: Just off the great room, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. A window seat with a beautiful view of the trees completes the bedroom. The bathroom is very large, with double sinks, double shower heads, and double closets. It also has a large soaking tub.
Bedroom 2: Located downstairs next to bedroom 3 and the cinema room, Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and an office desk and chair. It has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub/shower. This bathroom also connects to bedroom 3 ("jack and jill" style).
Bedroom 3: King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a bathrub/shower. This bathroom is shared and connected to bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located off the family room and next to the gym, on the opposite side of the lower level from bedrooms 2 and 3. It has two queen beds and two large desks with office chairs. The guests in this bedroom may use the full hall bathroom that has a very large steam shower.
Bedroom 5: Our gym area also functions as a 5th bedroom, complete with a double bed and plush linens. The gym bathroom/shower functions as an ensuite bathroom for this room.

Bathrooms: On the top floor, there is a half bathroom off of the Great Room. There is also a full, ensuite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom with two sinks, two shower heads, and a separate soaking tub.
On the lower level, there is a half bathroom off of the Family Room. There are two additional full bathrooms. One full bathroom is ensuite to Bedrooms 2 and 3, and it has two sinks and a separate room for the toilet and combination shower/bathtub. The second full bathroom is next to Bedroom 4 and the gym. It has a single sink, toilet, and a very large steam shower.

- Please let us know if you wish to invite additional day guests. With notice, we welcome up to 5 day visitors.
- Quiet hours are 9pm-8am per Santa Rosa City regulations. Outdoor areas are closed after 9pm.
- No amplified sound or music is aloud outside in Santa Rosa or Sonoma County vacation rentals.
- Pool and hot tub hours: 8am - 9pm.
- No glass or outside dishes to be used outside. Outside dishes and cups are provided.
- Guests can bring a maximum of 5 cars to the house. Street parking is not allowed.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, and please do not smoke in front of our neighbor's houses.
- No use of sidewalk chalk or water balloons anywhere on the property.
- Please do not use glitter or confetti, or attach decorations to the walls with tape.
