Welcome to Brush Creek, a 20-minute drive from Sonoma, Napa, Russian River, Alexander, and Knight's Valleys. Our cozy villa offers four unique bedrooms plus den, including a regal King Master suite. Healdsburg, Calistoga, and the trendy Barlow are easily accessible. Our attentive staff handles all the chores while you can enjoy the continental breakfast (addl fee) and gourmet coffee. The master suite is truly extravagant with a claw foot tub and a 5-headed shower, a private patio, and its dedicated entrance to the pool area. The Corner Suite has a private patio, direct access to a shared patio, and its own sitting room. The Wine Country room has double sinks and a bathtub/shower and the Petite Room has its dedicated bath and is on the same level as the Master.

The dining area can accommodate up to 8 overnight guests as well as 2 daytime guests.

The pool has a shallow end and water slide perfect for kids as well as a deep end and waterfall for adults. The tiki torches only add to the Hawaiian vibe for maximum relaxation and tranquility.

The hot tub can accommodate up to 6 people at once and the on-property basketball court is perfect for those who wake up feeling athletic.

Santa Rosa Legal Requirements and Key House Rules

No on street parking is allowed at any time.
Four driveway Parking Spaces are permitted. Please ask if there is additional capacity on any given day.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM.
The pool and hot tub close promptly at 9 PM and re-open at 9 AM.
No amplified music allowed outside at any time.
No smoking on the premises inside or out or on the street in front of the house. Each smoking violation results in a $500 fine per offense.
The daytime guests maximum is 12 including yourselves. Guests not staying overnight must leave when quiet hours commence.
Maximum overnight guests is 8.
Video is recorded at the front doorbell.
No candles or open flames are allowed.
One camera at the front doorbell and one camera over the garage record when there is any movement. The four white perimeter cameras are not operational.
