Beautiful property be advised of owners and property managers

The house was beautiful and in a great location. It accommodated our group very well with lots of space for all. Unfortunately we were harassed the entire weekend by the property manager as the owners were watching us on camera. We were accused of damaging property which we did not. They claimed to have invoices showing damage which they could not provide. They also accused us of having a party when we had a few family members stop by. They asked for an additional 1500 for the family members who stopped over. The house was left in impeccable condition upon our checkout. I have been renting VRBO’s for many years and have never had an issue. Please be aware when renting this house.

Loved this family home! It is beautiful!

This home was perfect for our family! We had a 4 month old and a two year old. Bedrooms are spacious! Lovely well equipped kitchen. We paid for pool to be heated and found mgmt quick to respond once we had checked in A memorable family vacation and we will come back! We also had Chef Mattias Blom prepare dinner one evening and he did not disappoint!

Family Getaway

The house and yard are beautiful and well maintained. It is perfect for children and adults of all ages. The location of the house was convenient to Los Olivos, Solvang and Santa Ynez. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great stay in the Valley!

We loved our time at Greystone manor. Gorgeous house, terrific kitchen for cooking our big dinner, perfectly located, and the beds were so comfy! We just wish we could have stayed longer! Extra bonus points for the pool and having the farm stands right down the road for fresh fruits and veggies. Check in and check out was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back

Weekend Family Get Away

Beautiful, expansive home with plenty of space to enjoy family. Close to great restaurants and wine. Convenient for families who need to get back for afternoon naps. The grandchildren had a blast playing in the pool and hot tub, the yard is fantastic for barefooted toddlers! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

Ladies Wine Trip

House worked wonderful for five ladies to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the big kitchen and open floor plan. Pool and Hot tub due to cooler weather - we did not use. Would love to see a gas fire pit in the back yard
that would have been perfect while we were there. Beautiful grounds!

Family was elated

The house and setting are superb. The. photos are accurate, if not understated. Our family, 11 in total, spent much time around the pool, hot tub and other communal areas. The location was perfect for ou activities including visiting wineries, horseback riding and whale watching. The manager, Pam, was very helpful. A wonderful experience all around.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

This property was even better in person. Stayed 3 families with kids aged 8-13. Plenty of room to spread out. Grounds were beautiful and kitchen was perfect for large scale meals. Well stocked with everything and directions for anything you could possibly need. Will stay again! Easy check in/check out. Was a memorable weekend for all.

Dream house!

This is our second visit for a ladies wine tasting weekend and I cannot say enough good things about this house! Comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and more lounge space than we knew what to do with! We will be back :)

Beautiful property with pool and large lawn for loads of fun!

This is our second time staying here with our extended family of 12. Four sets of adults had their own rooms and all 5 kids ranging from 6-12 slept comfortably in their own space (away from us 😂). The large lawn space allowed for games like corn hole and ladder ball while pool kept us cool and hot tub at night. The instructions for the pool/hot tub is not as easy as is outlined and I recommend a better explanation in the manual for future guests. While we were in constant communication with the property manager, the pool was just OK clean. It wasn’t clear as I would expect but it wasn’t dirty or harmful. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for a family.

We were in Santa Ynez for our daughter’s wedding. Our family was all there. We were so happy with the accommodations and the layout. It was comfortable and had every amenity we could have wished for. We look forward to another family holiday at Greystone Manor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the pool was a hit, the property had enough space for everyone to spread out and relax indoors and outdoors, but also places to gather, eat together, and play games. Highly recommend this private and well appointed property
