This pretty little house has a ground and first floor. On the ground floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, spacious living-dining area with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered and a sun terrace. On the first floor, which can be reached via an external staircase, there are 2 more double bedrooms, a bathroom and a very bright living area with sea views and a small terrace. Outside there is a round above-ground pool and a brick grill. The house is located in a residential area of Cala Santanyí and in just 5 minutes you can walk to the fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyi.



Cala Santanyi beach is ideal for families with children, as it has large areas to play and enters the sea relatively flat. On the beach there are sun loungers, umbrellas for rent and you can also go diving.



The town of Santanyí is only 3 km away. There are numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera.

Schönes zweigeteiltes Haus mit viel Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles wie beschrieben und freundlicher Kontakt durch die Agentur. Haus und Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit hier und da ein paar Macken, aber dies wird durch die Lage wett gemacht.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, Strandnähe. Allerdings wären Deckenventilatoren im Schlafbereich sinnvoll, daher 1 Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten top.

Teniamos unas expectativas mas bajas del alojamiento ya que en las fotos no le sacan partido. Al llegar, nos soprendimos positivamente. Nos pareció una casa increible con mucho encanto y mas teniendo en cuenta el precio. Unas vistas desde arriba preciosas. Estaba muy bien equipada. ¡Sin duda la recomendamos! Tal vez cambió a muebles más moderno.

Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkindern. Perfekte Lage: Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Perfekter Außenbereich: Kleiner Garten mit Aufstellpool, bei dem die Leiter auch entfernt werden kann, sodass keine Gefahr besteht. Gute Ausstattung: die Unterkunft bietet (fast) alles, was für den Urlaub benötigt wird. - Der Kinderstuhl, der in der Beschreibung erwähnt ist, war leider nicht vorhanden. Dieser wäre hilfreich. -
