Villa Sa Llimonera with private pool and sea views close to Cala Llombards

Villa Sa Llimonera is a traditional Mallorcan villa located in a quiet residential area, about 20 minutes walking from the beautiful bay of Cala Llombards, in the southeast of Mallorca. The house is built on a fenced plot, making it idyllic for family holidays with children.



The interior of Villa Sa Llimonera is practical and comfortable and offers a cosy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with twin beds) and 3 full bathrooms with shower tray. From one of the bedrooms on the upper floor, you can directly access the terrace with a small table from where you can enjoy sea views while having breakfast or having an aperitif.



From the living-dining room, there is access to the villa's outdoor areas with a dining area under an awning, the pool area with sun loungers, a ping-pong table and a brick barbecue perfect for preparing meals for 8 people.



Villa Sa Llimonera is completely prepared for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday and is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, satellite television, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and complete kitchenware, sheets and towels, etc.



To Cala Llombards beach you can reach in about 20 minutes on foot and the beautiful Caló des Moro beach is almost the same distance. Just 400 m from the house there is a supermarket so you will not need the car to go shopping and within 5 minutes walking you will find some cafés and restaurants.



In Cala Santanyi with its beautiful beach and the small village of Es Llombards, located 10 minutes by car, you can find restaurants and other commercial establishments.

*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used from the day and official check-in time indicated in your reservation.

*On the check-out day, keys must be deposited in the key box before 10:00 a.m.

*No events or parties are allowed*

*Between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)*
