VILLA SALAMANDRA:
Villa Salamandra is a magnificent eco-friendly villa of 420m2 on two-story. It is located on the Cap de Ses Salines, a wonderful natural area between Es Llombards and Ses Salines, only a few minutes from beautiful beaches. There is a swimming pool, garden, verandas, terraces and 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms: accommodates a maximum of 8 people.

Enthusiasts of the natural world, of ecology and nature will find their particular Paradise at Villa Salamandra. And enthusiasts of luxury, comfort and beauty will too. Both in winter and summer. It’s an immaculate property which has been equipped and decorated with love and also great taste and it is completely set up to be enjoyed 365 days of the year.

The design is inspired by nature: admiration of which led to selecting this beautiful area, visible through every window (who needs paintings?), and respect for which led to the investment in solar power, underfloor heating and renewable energy. Tranquility imbues everything here. This harmony with the surroundings provides relaxation, well-being and serenity. The layout of the house is most original and pleasing and all the bedrooms have direct access to the outside: all three of the downstairs bedrooms, apart from being connected, have access to the terrace and swimming pool. The upstairs bedroom has its own terrace with a luxury 360 degree view: open fields on all 4 sides. The kitchen is also upstairs. Who wouldn’t want to cook with these views of the sea? So inspiring! And what can be said about the terraces, the solarium, the fruit trees or the great saltwater swimming pool? And its perfect location, only 4 minutes from Cabo de Ses Salines and the beach of Es Caragol? You will have to come and describe them for yourself...

Es war alles genau so, wie beschrieben und wir haben uns im Haus super wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool ...

Es war alles genau so, wie beschrieben und wir haben uns im Haus super wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool war top und die Lage im SĂŒden mit herrlichen Badebuchten (Cala Mondrago, Malo des Moro, Es Trend,...) und wunderschönen Dörfern (Santanyi, Cala Figuera, Cala D'Or,...) hĂ€tte nicht besser sein können. Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, SpĂŒlmaschine, usw. Außerdem verfĂŒgt es ĂŒber einen eigenen Hartplatz zum Tennisspielen. Dies war uns vorher nicht so richtig bewusst, obwohl in der Beschreibung der Tennisplatz aufgefĂŒhrt war. TennisschlĂ€ger waren auch vorhanden! Das Internet war auch gut genug fĂŒr Homeoffice mit Videokonferenzen. Ein toller Urlaub, an dessen Ende wir nur sehr ungerne wieder abgereist sind! Vielen Dank!

We had the most wonderful holiday in this Villa. Ceci was always easy to reach and so helpful. It was possible to CheckIn earlier and to CheckOut later, which made our holiday even more relaxed. There was really nothing bad about this accommodation and everyone of the 10 guests loved the Villa. The Location is beautiful, calm but close to beaches and the next villages are around. We would definitely come back in the future and we will keep this holiday in best memories.

We love this holiday house. We stayed here with two families and there was a lot of space and privacy. There is one master bedroom upstairs and 4 comfortable bedrooms downstairs. The view is amazing! So quiet and green everywhere you look. We could even see the sea from the upstairs kitchen. The pool is amazing. The showers have strong water pressure which makes them very comfortable. There is a Gameroom with toys for kids. The kitchen is well equipped. Santanyi and Ses Salines are very beautiful, relaxt and hip little villages nearby. And also the white sand and blue water Platja des Trenc is only a 20 min drive.

We had a great holiday at Villa Salamandra. There was plenty of space for our two families (9 of us), great pool, table tennis and even a small football pitch. The Sonos system was well used and the Villa is pretty secluded so no worries about disturbing neighbours. Paola was excellent and looked after us very well. She was always on hand to sort out any issues or queries and even arranged a skippered yacht for us. We hope to return here again in the near future and wound highly recommend it to others.

the area around ses salines/santanyi/es llombards is one of my favorite as itÂŽs closed to the best coves and beaches on the island, but still removed from the circus that you can experience on the coast. the villa is eco friendly, with beautiful volumes and with a set-up that gives privacy to its guests when they want. a beautiful property, with a sea view althought the sea is 4-5km away, closest neighbors are 800 away, so it s a perfect retreat. we will be back! (donÂŽt forget to give sallad to the sheep in the back field) :)
