Summary:

A unique accommodation for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Santiago. During your stay, you can enjoy our seasonal pool, open from December to March. We also have a barbecue area and a multipurpose room, available for an additional cost, as well as a coworking space. Excellent location, just steps from Irarrázabal Metro, close to iconic places like the National Stadium and the vibrant Plaza Ñuñoa, where you can enjoy a variety of dining and cultural options.



The Space:

During your visit, you will have access to enjoy all areas of the apartment, including fully equipped bedrooms with beds, clean sheets, and fresh towels. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and plates, as well as a refrigerator, toaster, and kettle so you can prepare your meals and snacks whenever you wish. Enjoy complete privacy in our apartment; we are confident that your stay with Andes STR will be exceptional! The swimming pool season runs from November 15th to March 16th. Pool maintenance and closure will take place on Mondays and Thursdays.

Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests will access the studio via a smart lock located at the main entrance. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique entry code via the Airbnb app. Simply enter the code to unlock the door and enjoy your stay in this conveniently accessible studio. Please ensure to follow any additional instructions provided to ensure a seamless check-in experience.

Our home is just minutes' walk from Barrio Italia, a bohemian and cultural enclave that has undergone a remarkable transformation. Its cobblestone streets are filled with independent design shops, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants, offering a unique experience where creativity and gastronomy intertwine. This vibrant neighborhood is known for its artistic scene, diverse dining options, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a key spot for those looking to explore Santiago's creative and entrepreneurial essence.



Getting Around:

Santiago is a vibrant city with an extensive public transportation network, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Here are some options for getting around:



Public Transport:



Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.

Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.



Taxis and Ride-Sharing:



Taxis: Taxis are readily available throughout Santiago. You can hail one on the street, find them at designated taxi stands, or book one through phone apps.

Uber/Cabify: These ride-sharing services are widely used in Santiago and offer a convenient and often cost-effective way to get around the city.



Walking and Biking:



Walking: Our neighborhood is very walkable, with numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops within a short distance. It’s a great way to soak in the local culture and sights.

Biking: Santiago is becoming increasingly bike-friendly, with several bike lanes and bike rental services. You can rent a bike from services like Bike Santiago to explore the city at your own pace.
