The receptionist Sebastian wes great, his welcome and all along our stay he was great. The room was perfect, location of the hotel is great. Our only complaint was that the service at the restaurant was slow during the dinner time. The rest was very good.

The room was spacious and clean. The check in was excellent! The bar has a great mocktail menu. The only downside was the check out clerk who was rude and patronizing, don’t know his name, has a white patch on his hair.

The room was very large and everything was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. Was nice to receive a complimentary drink at the bar, with a pleasant setting for a drink and spot to relax. This hotel is very close to a big shopping mall which we visited just for the food hall. Also nearby was a lovely cafe. Very central.
