Good expctation but the end

I had high expectations, but what happened on the last day marked my stay. I forgot my GoPro inside the locker with all the videos from our trip. I contacted the hotel, but they initially informed me they hadn't found it. I requested the hallway video from my floor. They replied me that found the camera, but I've been contacting them for 15 days, and each day there are more difficulties in getting it delivered. My family stay lasted from July 22nd to 29th, 2025. I'm losing hope of getting it back.

Ótima opção em Santiago Providencia

Um dos pontos principais do Hotel é a preocupação com o serviço e oferece ótimo atendimento. Serviço de quarto todos os dias, comodidade do estacionamento e a localização é muito boa. Vc consegue fazer muita coisa a pé. Apenas o café da manhã poderia variar as opções de um dia para o outro, mas está longe de ser ruim.
